Education of overseas students in China is of special significance to China's establishment,consolidation and development and friendly relations with other countries,and plays a unique role in enhancing China's international status and influence.With the development of education cause in China,the number of foreign students is increasing,education scale of foreign students in China is expanding,and resents many new situation,entering the time that scale and the construction quality are integrated.In April 2016,the general office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China issued " Some Opinions on Doing a Good Job in the Work of Opening up Education in the New Period",and pointed out that :" by 2020,service system studying abroad should be complete basically,the quality of study in China has improved significantly,the benefits of foreign-related education have improved greatly,the depth and width of bilateral and multilateral education cooperation will be expanded effectively,the ability to participate in education's international rule-making has been greatly improved,the level of standardization and legalization of opening up of education has significantly improved,better meet the demand of the people diversification and high quality education,better serve economic and social development”.Education quality has become an important theme of education in China,and it has risen to the height of national development strategy.The research on the quality of education for overseas students started late in China.There are few theoretical researches on it in China and the scope of research is relatively broad.They are limited to the policy and theoretical research on how to strengthen the management of overseas students and cultural exchanges between China and other countries,lacking integrity and practicality.Compared with the local universities,the military academies enrolled in overseas students are relatively less in the field of overseas students' education because of their fewer enrollment,individualized training patterns and clear training items.However,the importance of training overseas military students in international military cooperation is more prominent with the adjustment of the military strategy and the change of military foreign policy in the new period of the country.Cultivating international network resources,improving the soft power of the state and the army,shaping the strategic environment of the national security and maintaining the strategic interests of our country have become the important purpose of strengthening the training of the military overseas students.Therefore,it is hoped that through this study,we can strengthen the research on the education of military overseas students,form a teaching mode of foreign students with distinctive military characteristics,and make them learn from each other and promote each other with the local colleges and universities to cultivate more excellent students with better quality of education,and make the educational influence of our country expanding in the international community.The research object of this study is a Military Medical University,which has received 14 Vietnamese military medical students since January 1961,and has a history of more than 50 years.At present,it is the only higher education institution in the whole army to carry out medical diploma education.This study mainly uses questionnaire survey method and interview method and adopts self compiled "teaching satisfaction questionnaire of the undergraduate overseas students of clinical medical" to carry out a questionnaire survey of 114 students in medical students in the school and interviews with 10 students and 10 students of foreign students' managers.According to the results of the preliminary investigation,it uses counting data and measurement data to analyze the status of students' satisfaction with the teacher,the implementation of teaching,the self-study situation and the main factors that affect the satisfaction of the students.In addition,it compares and analyzes the influence of different gender,different Chinese level before they entered China and the different teaching methods on the satisfaction of overseas students.According to the survey results,the overall satisfaction of overseas students in teaching is at a moderate level between "satisfaction" and "general".From their satisfaction with the three main dimensions of different classes of teachers,different courses and their own learning conditions,students' satisfaction with teachers was the highest(3.83±0.65),satisfaction with the implementation of the curriculum(3.57±0.67)and the satisfaction of other job satisfaction(3.57±0.70)are the second,and their self learning satisfaction is the lowest(3.27±0.70).However,the different sex and the level of Chinese before coming to China have no effect on the satisfaction of the overseas students,but the different teaching modes of mixed class and separate classes have an impact on the satisfaction of the students.And the degree of satisfaction of the mixed class teaching mode is higher than that of the individual teaching.According to the result of student teaching satisfaction survey and the interview,this research found that there are the following problems existing in overseas teaching,such as lag education philosophy,insufficient construction of systematic curriculum,single teaching method,low English level of,the instructor,inadequate attention on overseas students,single evaluation mode single is one of the students the problems existing in the teaching.From the perspective of the relationship between teachers and students fate community from the military school,teacher,and overseas students in China,this paper analyzes the factors that affect the teaching satisfaction of undergraduates majoring in clinical medicine.And the basic idea of improving the teaching satisfaction of undergraduate students in clinical medicine of military academy is proposed from multiple dimensions and multiple angles.The significance of this study is to provide a first-line and practical basis for the development of education for military medical students.The research on improving the teaching satisfaction of overseas students majoring in military colleges and universities is both practical and valuable.The purpose of this study is to help the management of the surveyed institutions to understand the current situation of the teaching management of overseas students and the requirements of overseas students.It has practical significance and practical value for further improving teaching strategies,improving teaching methods and providing realistic basis.This study provides a basis for further develop a comparative study,exploring the common points and differences of different military and land universities in the teaching of foreign students,strengthening the sharing of high-quality resources and the deep integration of military and civilian forces in military and civilian universities.Through this research and subsequent research to further enhance the sense of learning in China from overseas students.It plays a catalytic role in promoting the reform of overseas students' education and provides an important guarantee for China's positive and friendly diplomatic image.
