Research On Medical-Nursing Combined Service Model For Elderly In Urban Community Based On The Perspective Of Welfare Pluralism

In order to alleviate the dual pressure of population-aging acceleration and lack of family support,our government has carried out various models of social care,including institutional care,home care and many different forms of medical-nursing combined.However,the current mode can hardly to meet the complex needs of the elderly group of medical and Pension service because of lack of family ties,medical-nursing separation and hollowing out of the policies.Setting up a medical-nursing combined service pattern is a urgent measure to improve the situation of medical-nursing separation and quality of care for the elderly.Meanwhile,welfare pluralism can effectively overcome the limitations of the single subject.Also,it can take advantage of bodies through taking family,community,government,medical institutions and pension institutions into the scope of welfare supply,so that it can provide high quality and efficient medical services for the elder generations.Therefore,with regard to China's national conditions,it is necessary to build a suitable urban community medical-nursing pattern based on the perspective of welfare pluralism.Base on the clarification of the conception of medical-nursing combined and practical experience of combining medical-nursing in developed countries,this paper put forward the establishment of a new pattern medical-nursing combined in urban community under the view of welfare pluralism,then making an affirmation about the pattern by the method of case study.Concretely speaking,in the first place,through the analysis of China's current achievements and its existing problems of service model,it has been recognized that it is essential to establish medical-nursing combined mode for the elderly with multibody welfare supply;In the second place,standing on the view of welfare pluralism framework and experiences of developed countries,adhering the principle of integrity,progressive and people-oriented this paper suggests establishing medical care and pension supply system in urban community with demand oriented,multibody supply,and establish monitor and encourage mechanism for protection.Finally,the case analysis method is used to further verify the model of medical-nursing combined in urban community.Thus,considering the factors such as comprehensive typicality and accessibility of investigation,choose A community in Fuzhou as objects of study.Methods mainly based on interview and questionnaire,which offer deep insight into the community's current situation of medical and nursing care,then analyzing constraints of medical care and elderly care service in China.On the basis of theoretical and case analysis,this paper hold that the implementation of medical-nursing combined in urban communities ought to involve people with a great demand,who are at venerable age,poor health or being social isolated and it should be processed step by step;then this paper puts forward some policies and suggestions in the ways of improving the implementation of medical-nursing combined in urban community,defining government oriented,fully support the family to care for elderly,promote the transformation of community governance to wisdom.This paper desire to provide some references and practical path for medical-nursing combined service model,and promote the healthy development of the old-age care in China.
