Research On "Integration Of Medical Care And Nursing" Elderly Care Service In Urban Community Of Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province

The integration of "medical care" is the key to solve the pension service at present.Many useful experiences have been explored throughout the country in solving the pension problem,but how to combine the "endowment + medical care+ nursing" is always a difficult problem.By investigating the integrated development of community "medical conservation" based on home and family doctors in Jinhua City,Zhejiang Province,the author understands the current situation of the integrated development of urban community "medical conservation" in Jinhua City,analyzes the problems in its development and causes,and provides suggestions for Jinhua City to promote the integrated development of "medical conservation".Based on the theory of social support,the theory of new public service and the theory of welfare pluralism,and on the basis of consulting relevant literature,this paper issued questionnaires and interviewed service objects,family doctor staff and community workers.To understand the implementation of the integration of "medical maintenance" with contracted family doctors in reality.The main problems existing in the integration of "medical maintenance" in urban communities of Jinhua City,which is dominated by contracted family doctors,are summarized as follows :(1)contracted services of family doctors are too basic,so it is difficult to complete nursing work.(2)Community work is seriously absent in the integration process of "medical conservation",which makes the integration mechanism of "medical conservation" incorrectly connected.(3)There is a lack of professional medical personnel,which leads to the low coverage rate of the integrated "medical maintenance",mainly contracted family doctors,and the inability to complete some services mentioned in the family doctor project,such as home hospital beds.(4)The weak participation of social forces makes the integration of "medical conservation" in Jinhua insufficient in the allocation of human and financial resources,thus the development quality is not high.In this paper,on the basis of analysis about the above reason,by otherregions at home and abroad for reference,the experience in the integration of "medical care","medical care" at the end of the paper put forward the jinhua city community integration of countermeasures and Suggestions: one is from the government level is put forward to complete the laws and regulations,formulate preferential policy,increase financial input,departments,multiple supervision and so on six aspects put forward the proposal;Second,from the social level,it is proposed to increase the cultivation of relevant professionals,introduce social forces to participate in the integration of community "medical care" old-age care services,and improve the relevant basic service facilities of the community to help the integration of "medical care" construction.
