Cardiac auscultation is the primary means of clinical diagnosis of cardiovascular disease.To congenital heart disease,referred to as congenital heart disease,for example,the first diagnosis and screening of congenital heart disease through auscultation,heart auscultation depends on the doctor's clinical experience and expertise,grass-roots doctors due to lack of experience prone to missed and misdiagnosed phenomenon.Through the research and development of a collection and analysis in the integration of aided auscultation equipment to help primary medical staff in auscultation at the same time to assist auscultation judgment,timely screening of patients with congenital heart disease,get effective treatment.Based on the basic characteristics of heart sounds and ECG,this paper mainly focuses on the realization of heart sound and ECG acquisition system.Based on the current mainstream embedded development,the STM32 platform is selected as the control system.Mainly the following:(1)The use of heart sound sensor and ECG heartbeat and ECG into electrical signals,considering the signal amplitude is small and the collection of environmental problems,the design of the analog front-end circuit will be heart sound and ECG signal amplification and filtering,the use of ADA4941 will Single-ended heart sound signal is converted to differential output.(2)Heart sound signal for the research focus,so in the acquisition system A/D conversion,select STM32 internal 12-bit ADC as ECG analog-to-digital conversion;in the heart sound on the selected 18-bit resolution AD7989 for heart sound conversion,phase Compared to using a 12-bit ADC,it has higher accuracy,contains more information and can keep the infrasound band.(3)The use of Ethernet control chip W5500 on the converted data using UDP protocol real-time transmission,the host computer to process the data after the realization of the signal visualization.(4)The initial diagnosis of the heart sound signal collected by the research group is carried out,and the preliminary analysis is made to provide reference for the feature extraction of the task group.The acquisition system can meet the group heart sound and ECG signal synchronization acquisition,to ensure that the heart sound signal research work progress.
