Nearly 40 years ago,the mortality rate of children with congenital heart disease reached 85%.With the improvement of China’s comprehensive national strength,the cure rate of congenital heart disease is increasing year by year,so early detection of children with congenital heart disease is an urgent problem to be solved.The most serious disaster areas in China are high-altitude areas such as Yunnan and Tibet.Firstly,the probability of suffering from congenital heart disease increases because of altitude.Secondly,in remote areas,due to lack of facilities,inconvenient transportation and inability of grass-roots doctors to bear the burden,it is very difficult to find children with congenital heart disease.At present,the method adopted in Yunnan Province is that provincial doctors regularly go to remote mountainous areas for cardiac auscultation screening,so as to screen children with congenital heart disease.The current method is time-consuming and laborious.In order to solve the above problems,this paper designs a portable heart sound acquisition and analysis system based on movidius neural computing stick,which is composed of wireless heart sound collector and portable analyzer.It can be used to screen congenital heart disease in remote mountainous areas,collect heart sounds and analyze whether they are sick in real time.The specific research work is as follows:(1)Design and make the hardware part of heart sound signal acquisition system.The heart sound signal collected from the collector goes through the heart sound sensor to the ad7606 acquisition module,and then it is transmitted to the main control chip for analogto-digital conversion.Finally,the data processed by the main control chip is sent to the upper computer by Bluetooth wireless.In order to meet the portable design,the hardware part has high integration,small volume and good stability.(2)The software of heart sound signal acquisition system is designed and developed.After the collected heart sound signal is sent to the host computer through Bluetooth,the real-time waveform drawing and signal storage are realized on the host computer after data analysis.(3)Study the heart sound signal analysis system.After preprocessing and network training,the heart sound signal stored in the upper computer is trained by three different neural network models,among which the fast neural network model is the best_rcnn_inception_The accuracy of V2 was 89.9%,and that of SSD was 89.9%_mobilenet_The accuracy of V1 was 84%,and SSD was the best_inception_The accuracy of V2 is 91.4%,so SSD is chosen in this paper_inception_The V2 model is deployed on the system.(4)Finally,the performance verification and feasibility test of the whole system are carried out.The test includes Bluetooth transmission test,real-time waveform drawing test,storage test,PC identification test,model optimization test,movidius neural computing rod performance test,portable device identification test and so on.A series of tests are carried out on the designed system.The feasibility of portable heart sound acquisition and analysis system is verified.To sum up,compared with the existing equipment and current methods,the portable heart sound acquisition and analysis system based on movidius neural computing stick has the advantages of small volume,convenient carrying,low price and reliable performance,which can realize the integration of heart sound acquisition and analysis.
