Objective:To investigate the situation of pregnant women's perception of pregnancy risk and its relationship with anxiety and psychological stress of pregnancy,and to analyze the factors influencing risk perception.Focus on investigating the situation and differences of maternal pregnancy risk perception in different states,the factors influencing risk perception,to give valid information and rationalization proposals of risk communication and pregnancy management's health education.Methods:According to the unified inclusion criteria,a questionnaire survey was conducted among pregnant women from obstetrics and gynecology at a top three hospital from May 1 to October 31,2016,using a cross-sectional survey.The questionnaires included: the general population social characteristics of pregnant women;Perception of Pregnancy Risk Questionnaire;Self-Rating Anxiety Scale;Maternal Stress Scale.SPSS17.0 was used to sort and statistical analyze the data.The statistical methods included statistical descuiotion,one-way analysis of variance,simple correlation and multiple stepwise regressions.Results:1.The mean of perception of pregnancy risk in the sample population was 27.30± 22.30,which was at a low level.The mean of anxiety was 46.11 ± 9.45,which was lower than the anxiety level.The mean of psychological stress of pregnancy was 1.53 ±0.48,at no pressure level.2.There was significant difference in perception of pregnancy risk between different pregnancy times,birth times,delivery mode,gestation interval and the presence of pregnancy complications during initial pregnancy's women(P<0.05).Pregnant women with more pregnancies perceived(34.08 ± 20.92)higher pregnancy riskthan did the fewer women,multipara(32.61 ± 22.37)was higher than that of primipara,natural labour(33.98 ± 19.45)was higher than that of cesarean birth,and last delivery time(LDT)(31.12 ± 20.66)less than 5 years was higher than that more,The first pregnancy with pregnancy complications(47.39 ± 17.75)were higher than no complications.There was no significant difference in women 's perception of pregnancy risk among different age,occupation,income,education level,gestational age and abortion times' s women(P> 0.05).3.Different age,occupation,income,education,gestational age,the number of abortions,number of pregnancies,the number of childbirths,mode of delivery,interval,pregnancy complications whether the presence of the crowd,anxiety and pregnancy pressure was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).4.Presence of pregnancy complications and high psychological stress of pregnant women has high perception of pregnancy risk.Here is a positive correlation between perception of pregnancy risk and psychological stress of pregnancy,perception ofpregnancy risk and anxiety,anxiety and psychological stress of pregnancy(P <0.05).Discussion:1.The perception of pregnancy risk of pregnant women is very low,need to improved.Multipara have a higher perception of pregnancy risk than primipara,but the congnitive level is still low.Pregnant women's pregnancy-related anxiety and pregnancy pressure are low,the overall did not reach the level of anxiety.2.The number of pregnancies,the number of childbirths,mode of delivery,interval,the presence of pregnancy complications or not have an effect on the risk perception of pregnant women.Perception of pregnancy risk,anxiety and psychological stress of pregnancy are all influencing each other.With a high anxiety and high pregnancy pressure's pregnant women are more concerned about pregnancy knowledge,the risk perception of pregnant women is relatively high.3.To further strengthen the primipara pregnancy-related knowledge of publicity and education,while the education of the multipara can not be ignored.Should pay more attention to how to improve the low pregnancy pressure and no complications' s pregnant women's perception of pregnancy risk.
