Objective:1.Literature research through the system,excavated and collected the disease diagnosis and treatment related content,for expert questionnaires to provide literature basis and guide the formation of the revised draft.2.According to the survey of the literature research and expert consultation results form leukorrhagia amendments to the guide,and by observation of cases,a draft amendment to the guidelines for clinical applicability evaluation,understand the technology level of a draft amendment to the guide and coordinate the compatibility,structure and content,the application level,to form a standard and practical,strong consciousness,industry exactly is high,the clinical curative effect of consensus guide clinical diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,promote clinical implementation and application guide.Methods:1.Literature research:Adopt the combination of manual retrieval and computer retrieval method,through the gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine ancient literature database "and" China journal full-text database "full searching related literature.On this basis,combing the literature,and summarizes the ancient theory of leukorrhagia,clinical research and modern review of the literature on the standardization of TCM,to make the expert consultation questionnaire and provide literature basis leukorrhagia clinical guidelines.2.The expert investigation:On the basis of literature study and the original guide,through the analysis of leukorrhagia related items,form consultation questionnaire,nationwide choose 15 research center,or a selection of 30 or more senior titles,engaged in clinical work more than 20 years,to the disease of department of gynaecology have certain research experts,applied the Delphi method(Delphi method)3 rounds of consultation survey,forming a guide draft after data analysis,to make preparation for application evaluation of guide.3.The applied evaluation:Applied case investigation and analysis methods,12 hospitals across the country,each hospital at least 20 cases evaluation leukorrhagia cases,by the competent doctor to fill out the application cases of evaluation questionnaire of TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment guidelines,the cooperative unit for consistency analysis in cases,in order to make clear leukorrhagia TCM diagnosis and treatment guidelines(revised),application in clinical application and its need to modify and perfect,to make more practical leukorrhagia guidelines provide basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Results:1.Literature research:This research through the subject retrieval,retrieval with 514 references,after literature grading screening,154 articles were included in the relevant literature,mainly related to grasps the diagnosis of disease,syndrome differentiation and treatment,proprietary Chinese medicine and external treatment,diet,prevention of regulating,etc.,with 17 references including ? level;With 54 references ? level;With 65 references ? level;? level with 18 references.2.Expert questionnaire:After three rounds of questionnaires and according to the experts the opinions and Suggestions provided to leukorrhagia diagnosis,dialectic,treatment of traditional Chinese medicine(dialectical therapy,proprietary Chinese medicine and external treatment,characteristic of traditional Chinese medicine treatment,including diet,medical system,acupuncture point sticking,moxibustion,diet),prevention and nursing expert consensus,draft form "leukorrhagia TCM diagnosis and treatment guidelines".3.The applied evaluation:This study evaluated leukorrhagia cases 241 cases,among which 192 were taken down too much,too little down 49 cases,the TCM diagnosis consistent rate 99.59%,western medicine diagnosis consistent rate was 98.34%,syndrome classification,therapeutic principle consistent rate is 98.76%,97.51%respectively,prescription to use consistent rate was 64.73%,the drug composition consistent rate was 64.73%,proprietary Chinese medicine use consistent rate was 46.47%,other treatment rate was 22.82%,cultivate prevention consistent rate was 96.68%.Conclusion:This study based on leukorrhagia literature research and expert consultation,to revision of leukorrhagia guidelines,and evaluate its clinical application,better consistency in clinical applications,the maneuverability is strong,clinical impact is bigger,and the use of safe and convenient,to have certain guiding significance to the clinical,worthy of clinical popularization and application.But this study did not make comprehensive evaluation on clinical curative effect and so on,need to be further perfect,and periodically updated revision.
