?Objective?The research evaluated the scientificity and applicability of Guidelines for the comprehensive prevention and control of cardiovascular disease among community people(trial version)to obtain scores,opinions and suggestions for modification.Putting forward revision proposals and providing the basis for the improvement of the Guidelines.?Methods?1.Quantitative research.(1)AGREE ?,which was called the ‘international gold standard',was used to evaluate the Guidelines.Selecting four reviewers to evaluate the Guidelines according to the requirements of the AGREE ?.EXCEL was used to analyze these data.(2)General practitioners from Hangzhou and Shenzhen were interviewed in the research with random sampling method.SPSS 20.0 was used to analyze the data.2.Qualitative research.Semi-structural interview was used among 7 writing experts to achieve revision proposal of the Guidelines.?Results?1.The scores,which were evaluated by AGREE ? called the ‘international gold standard' were 60% or higher in all areas.2.Among the 343 general practitioners,96.5% of them would continue to use this Guidelines;90.4% of them thought that if they were trained how to use this Guidelines,which would improve the utilization of the Guidelines.3.Among the quality evaluation of the Guidelines,the item 33(the form of ‘simple combination of appendix')with the highest average score which was 6.05 and the applicable rate was 91.8%;the item 23(the accuracy of the use of the term)with the lowest average score which was 5.18 and the applicable rate was 92.7%.4.Among the application evaluation of the Guidelines,the item 36(the clinical efficacy of medicine)with the highest average score which was 5.94 and the applicable rate was 92.7%;the item 37(the economy of the medicine in the diagnosis and treatment plan)with the lowest average which was 5.08 and the applicable rate was 91.5%.5.The evaluation of the every parts of the Guidelines signed,the part of high blood pressure with the high evaluation;compared with the other six parts,the part of smoking with low evaluation.6.Among the 343 general practitioners,306 general practitioners were recommended to use this Guidelines,accounting for 89.2% of the total;37 general practitioners were not recommended to use this Guidelines,accounting for 10.8% of the total.According to the results of the binary Logistic regression,the evaluation indexes of the convenience of application,the form of ‘simple combination of appendix',the rationality of the whole structure,the accuracy of the use of the terms,the accuracy of the diagnosis,the economy of the medicine in diagnosis and treatment plan were influencing factors of comprehensive evaluation.7.The seven writing experts of this Guidelines provided revision proposals which were based on nine pieces of opinions and suggestions from general practitioners.?Conclusion?The Guidelines,evaluated by AGREE ? and the general practitioners,was of higher scientificity and applicability.They recommended to use this Guidelines and gave some opinions and suggestions for modification.Writing experts of this Guidelines provided revision proposals which were based on general practitioners' opinions and suggestions.
