Purpose:According to the systematic literature review and summary,we can understand the research status and development trend of phobia and the cognitive achievements in Chinese medicine, form the draft guidelines for TCM diagnosis and treatment of phobia, elaborate the TCM treatment methods of phobia, explore its prevention and control rules, and standardize the prognosis evaluation system. To reveal the regularity of phobia, promote clinical medical staff to make clear the diagnosis conditions and treatment methods of phobia, and provide practical guidelines for diagnosis and treatment.Material and method:1.Literature research:Select the relevant literatures published in public journals from January 1,2000 to January 1,2021.Using retrieval tools,we select CNKI,Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform Chinese Sci-tech Periodical Database and other databases, search for documents related to phobia, classify them according to relevance, dig and sort them out,and screen out higher-grade documentary evidence according to preset inclusion criteria, which provides documentary basis for expert consultation and investigation and the formation of revised draft guidelines.2.Expert survey: On the basis of the original guidelines, after literature evaluation,an expert questionnaire was compiled, and 30 experts with senior professional titles and long-term clinical work were selected from 12 hospitals nationwide.According to Delphi method, two rounds of expert questionnaire survey were made.3.Applied evaluation: On the basis of literature research and expert questionnaire survey, the method of case investigation and analysis was used in 12 hospitals across the country, and each hospital evaluated 25 cases of phobia.Clinicians filled out the Case Questionnaire for Application Evaluation of TCM Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines to evaluate the application degree of the guidelines.Results:1.Literature research: A total of 60 ancient Chinese documents were collected(ancient medical books on phobia in different periods were manually retrieved),and 725 modern Chinese documents were collected, among which 649 were related to book notices, medical products, reviews, animal experimental studies, theoretical discussions and repeated documents, and finally 56 were up to standard. There are 64 foreign language documents retrieved, and 12 of them are finally included by carefully reading the contents of the documents2.Expert survey: After two rounds of expert questionnaires,30 questionnaires were sent out in the first and second rounds, and 30 questionnaires were recovered in the first round, with a recovery rate of 100%;29 samples were recovered in the second round, and the recovery rate was 96.66%.After the experts reached consensus, the draft guide was initially formed.3.Applicability evaluation: The total number of 300 cases of clinical application was evaluated. The consistent rate of Chinese medicine in diagnosing diseases was 98.88%,and that of Western medicine was 100%.Conclusion:Based on the authoritative clinical research status and the consultation results of industry experts, this research topic has drawn up the draft guidelines for clinical diagnosis and treatment of phobia, and formed a scientific, standardized and standardized clinical diagnosis and treatment of phobia. The evaluation of its clinical practice reflects the available TCM treatment schemes and available TCM resources, which has a high degree of conformity with clinical practice and is worth popularizing. In the later stage, the guidelines should be improved according to the results of clinical evaluation and expert consultation. In clinical practice,we should keep up with the new research trends, continue to find new treatment plans and best evidence, and update the guidelines in a timely manner.
