The Study Of Revising TCM Diagnosis And Treatment Guidelines Of Leukorrhagia Based On Delphi Survey

Objective:Using the Delphi method, a questionnaire survey was conducted for revision of leukorrhagia TCM diagnosis and treatment guidelines to form a reasonable standard, practical and feasible new guidelines,and guide better the clinical effect.Method:(1) Literature research:Manual retrieval and computer retrieval, network retrieval were adopted to fully acquire literature related to this topic. According to inclusive and exclusive criteria, relevant documents were arranged to provide scientific basis for clinical guidelines.(2) The questionnaire method:With the concept of evidence-based medicine and on the basis of literature study and the original guideline, the Delphi method, design principles and expert advice were used to formulate questionnaires. The questionnaires were sent to selected gynecologists.(3) Statistical methods:SPSS 19.0 statistical software were used. Statistical mean entries relevant indicators, frequncy, full marks ratio, coefficient of variation, etc.Results:(1) Literature research results:86 ancient books and 154 related references were included among which 133 references were concerned about profuse vaginal discharge and 21 about oligo-vaginal discharge, mainly involved with the diagnosis of disease and syndrome differentiation, treatment and external treatment, diet, prevention of aftercare.(2) the investigation results? Experts coefficient of positive results:30 nationwide gynaecologists were selected, three rounds of questionnaires were achieved,and recycling points was 29, 29,24, questionnaire recovery rate, were respectively 96.67%,96.67%,80.00%, indicating that high attention were paid by gynaecologists, and the reliability of the results.?Item reliability results:three rounds of questionnaires gynaecologists familiar degree only two entries for the mean value value of 0.78, the remaining entries are between 0.82?0.99, the mean of the importance between3.67-4.89, diet therapy is relatively low; expert coordination degree only two entries for the CV value of 0.27, the remaining entries are between0.06-0.24, explaining the statistical significance of entry expert consensus degree.?the expert consensus results:The total items of three rounds of expert questionnaire were 62,39,6 respectively, among which 48,37,5 expert consensus were reached accounting for 77.42%,94.87%,83.33% of the total number of entries, indicating that the consensus of experts entry level is good. After three rounds of expert questionnaire, the definition, classification of disease, diagnosis, dialectical treatment syndromes characteristics and key points, often witness, proprietary Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine external treatment, clinical characteristic of traditional Chinese medicine therapy and prevention of cultivate were grasped into expert consensus.Conclusion:This issue,according to the clinical guidelines revision steps at home and abroad, with the concept of evidence-based medicine and on the basis of literature research, Delphi method was applied to leukorrhagia disease diagnosis and treatment for standardization research, form the guide sample. As shown,the Delphi method has certain scientific nature and operability, and is the important methodology for standardization of TCM diagnosis and treatment. Combination with evidence-based medicine principles and the Delphi expert questionnaire were meaningful for the formulation and revision of the clinical guidelines TCM.
