Research purposes: this paper through the analysis research of low physical activity in elderly arteries situation,then put 10000 daily walk this is simple and convenient way of exercise intervention,improve the level of the elderly's physical activity and improve the related parameters of hardening of the arteries,arterial blood pressure fluctuation in the process of reduce movement,reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease,delay the elderly arterial function decline speed,improve the quality of life.Research object: from teachnolosy of,lixia district of shandong province and its nearby villages and towns school in recruiting,define the age of the subjects at the age of 45 ~ 69 middle-aged and old people,the subjects can be divided into intervention group,the control 1 group,2 group intervention,control group 2,the number of all the 14 people,each group of male and female ratio of 1:1.Research methods: first of all,through the questionnaire survey participants whether people suffering from major diseases affect the smoothly the preliminary screening,and then eliminate due to physical illness and not smooth the crowd.Second,with the subjects wearing ActiGraph GT3 X + 3 d accelerometer,select low physical activity.The experimental group subjects completed 12 weeks walk movement,the control group without any regular physical exercise.At the beginning of the movement stage,4 weeks,12 weeks in HP/cosmos to three motor function exercise treadmill test.Blood pressure monitor monitoring using commercial sports movement during and after the change of blood pressure and heart rate recovery phase.Through hardening of the arteries instrument monitoring subjects after 12 weeks ago Bapwv and ABI,changes to reflect the status of the arteries.All the data using SPSS statistical analysis,P < 0.05 for significant differences.Results: after 12 weeks of 10000 walk every day,intervention group of BaPWV and ABI change obviously than the control group,the overall showed a trend of decrease,secondly,quiet,blood pressure and heart rate than the control group also has a certain degree of decline;In blood pressure,heart rate changes during the motion of over load intensity gradually increased,but with the increase of increasing load,the intervention group at 4 weeks,12 weeks and at the same time of lowering blood pressure and heart rate change in the initial stage,illustrate the potential for 10000 walk each day of the blood vessels to the softening effect of elastic recovery and the associated with the blood of blood vessel related indicators continue to test,after 12 weeks of 10000 walk every day,in the intervention group related to the blood vessel hardening of the arteries of low density lipoprotein cholesterol(hdl-c),hypersensitive c-reactive protein,uric acid,the total cholesterol change in the control group obviously,a significant difference,low density lipoprotein and even show very significant difference,while the control group changes are relatively small,change the basic no statistical significance.In addition,the process of movement and recovery phase do linear analysis of the slope change of blood pressure,discovered that volatility decreases gradually with the intervention time,and the longer the intervention,the movement process and recovery degree of volatility in a certain period of time also is less.Look at heart rate changes,through the linear analysis,compared with control group and intervention group movement in the process of change range of unit time decreases gradually,and in the recovery phase after motion when large variations in heart rate during the first three minutes,three minutes after the change was basically stable,intervention before and after the changes of heart rate was gradually decreasing trend,that every day walk 10000 steps intervention on softening blood vessels as well as improve the role of cardiac ejection frequency.For the hardening of the arteries of the control and recovery has certain positive meaning.Research conclusions:1,After 12 weeks of 10000 daily walk movement can improve the function of the hardening of the blood vessels.Thus indirectly reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease.2,and 12 weeks 10000 daily walk movement intervention for participants in the process of the movement of blood pressure and heart rate volatility has played a certain effect,it plays a positive role to reduce motion process center vascular risk.3,10000 walk every day for 12 weeks intervention group of low density lipoprotein cholesterol(hdl-c),hypersensitive c-reactive protein,uric acid,total cholesterol was significantly reduced.Confirm the movement from the microscopic intervention for hardening of the arteries blood has a positive role in the influence of related indicators,and indirectly reduce the incidence of sports center vascular risk.
