The Investigation And Analysis Of Risk Factors Of Stroke On Physical Population In Urumqi

Objective:To investigate the distribution of risk factors of stroke in the popul ation of physical in Urumqi and select the high risk population of stroke,for provid ing scientific evidence for the early intervention.Methods:Selected the high risk p opulation of stroke from the 8956 cases with complete document who had been ac cepted CVHI test of physical population by the questionnaire in Health Managemen t Centre of Xinjiang Medical University from September 2015 to September 2016.Investigated the distribution of risk factors and family history of risk factors,evalu ated the damage of cerebral vascular through CVHI.With the laboratory results col lected,investigated life style of high risk population of stroke who had been select ed from 8956 cases,analyzed the damage of cerebral vascular.Results:1.The det ection rate of the high risk population of stroke in physical population of Urumqi was high.The detection rate of the high risk population of stroke in male and min ority was significantly higher;the detection rate of high risk population of stroke w as much higher with age growing.2.The main risk factors of stroke of physical po pulation were lipid abnormality(82.6%),overweight or obesity(62.0%),lacking of exer cise(62.0%)and hypertension(50.9%).The main risk factors of male were lipid abn ormality(54.7%),overweight or obesity(43.9%),lacking of exercise(41.7%);The mai n risk factors of female were lacking of exercise(44.1%),lipid abnormality(33.0%),overweight or obesity(22.0%).3.The physical population of Urumqi usually had the family history of Hypertension.4.The mainly unhealthy life style of high risk po pulation of stroke were smoking(38.8%),over alcohol consumption(52.0%)and over consumption of salt and oil.5.All the laboratory results of high risk populatio n of stroke was higher than control,the same to the detection rate of abnormality of heart function,which had significantly difference(P<0.01).Logistic regression analysis showed the less consumption of vegetable and fruit were influence to thehigh risk population of stroke(P<0.01).6.The detection rate of abnormality of C VHI in the high risk population of stroke was much higher than control and the d amage of cerebral vascular was also much worse than control,which had significant ly difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: The main risk factors of stroke in the physic al population in Urumqi are lipid abnormality,overweight or obesity,lacking of ex ercise and Hypertension.The mainly unhealthy life style of high risk population of stroke are smoking(38.8%),over alcohol consumption(52.0%)and over consumpt ion of salt and oil,which can provide scientific evidence for intervention in the fut ure.
