purposes:one-time quantitative load exercise the effect of cardiac function in the elderly in the different physical activity level, and the longitudinal change within a yearMethods:recruiting over 50 middle-aged and old people as the subjects, finally the available data transverse data for 101 people, longitudinal data for 74 people,12 months of continuous tracking test. Including physical activity test using ActiGraph GT3X measurement, once a month, each time for measuring 7 days (a total of 35 people insist on). Cardiovascular function test conducted once every six months. Subjects were carried out in accordance with the physical activity level grouping, measure the subjects’ height, weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, body fat percentage, blood lipid four, creatine kinase, creatine kinase isoenzyme, c-reactive protein, troponin, heart type fatty acid binding protein, quiet heart rate, systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, collection when the subjects were quiet heart rate variability and eeg OP values; When using ultrasound observations were quiet heart function.Results:1, effective activity time and the left ventricular wall thickness (LVPWs) end systolic left ventricular end systolic volume (ESV) are positive correlation (P< 0.05).2, interventricular septum thickness (IVSd) end-diastolic (f= 36.845, P< 0.01), interventricular septum thickness (IVSs) end systolic (f= 28.484, P< 0.01), left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVIDd) (f= 3.66, P< 0.05), left ventricular end systolic diameter (LVIDs) (f= 7.849, P< 0.01), left ventricular end-diastolic wall thickness (LVPWd) after (f= 42.547, P< 0.01), left ventricular end-diastolic volume (EDV) (f= 4.636, P< 0.05), left ventricular end systolic volume (ESV) (f= 7.478, P< 0.01), cardiac output (CO) (f= 4.227, P< 0.05), ejection fraction (EF) (f= 5.601, P< 0.05), short axial shortening rate (FS) in different test point has a significant difference conclusion:1, Physical activity levels and peripheral vascular function and carotid artery function, structure and function of the heart, there is significant correlation, a high level of physical activity is good for cardiovascular health in the elderly.2, In exercise stress test, the LVPWs, ESV, EDV, CO, SV, EF and FS of high levels physical activity in the elderly ventricular higher systolic diastolic space.3, the elderly heart function is affected by the point in time, in the winter are more likely to happen in cardiovascular risk, level of physical activity does not influence the effect.
