Objective:Guided by the theory of traditional Chinese medicine physique,Using the method of clinical epidemiology investigation,discussing the different diseases in patients with TCM constitution type of physical distribution characteristics and who get sick easily,the physical factors and the correlation of different diseases occur,and by taking the corresponding preventive care measures to adjust physique,to reduce the dangerous factors of cause in different disease,prevent the happening of the disease,to achieve“no cure disease cure notill”,the purpose of prevention before disease.Methods:With reference to relevant literature to make from general situation questionnaire,combined with professor Wang qi’s the"standard of TCM constitution type classification decision" physical test,surveying 300 cases in total,all the 150 cases of healthy women patients with endometriosis and on-site survey.To determine two groups of physical types distribution characteristics,use Excel to establish database,by using the statistical software spss17.0 on two groups of physique type distribution characteristic and related clinical data statistical analysis,to exp.lore the pathogenesis of the disease susceptible and related factors.Results:1.The pathogenesis of endometriosis and age of 26-35 childbearing age women2.TCM constitution type case group distribution order from high to low is:blood stasis mass(31.3%)>Yang mass(21.3%)>qi depression mass(12%)>phlegm wet mass(9.3%)>humid mass(8%)>deficiency of mass(7%)>Yin mass(5.3%)>the great mass(3.3%)>peaceful mass(2.5%),qualitative,Yang deficiency and blood stasis quality,and the proportion of the highest.3.Case group compared with control group for various types of constitution,mainly in the qualitative,Yang deficiency and blood stasis and mass distribution have significant differences(P<0.05).4.Case group morbidity factors associated with statistical analysis results indicate that the cultural degree,diet partial addicted,engaged in mental Labour,genetic history,cases are significantly higher than normal group,has a very significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.As biased constitution in women with endometriosis.The qualitative,Yang deficiency and blood stasis of endometriosis will be easily got,and healthy women with gentle temperament.Duration long endometriosis patients blood stasis tend to be more obvious.2.Endometriosis for the age of 26-35 years old of growth period of women who is sick easily.3.The factors of degree of culture,diet partial addicted,genetic history,bad habits and ect,and the occurrence of endometriosis has certain relevance.4.The pathogenesis of endometriosis and constitution has certain relevance,according to the theory of constitution adjustable,formulate corresponding physical conditioning program internally,the prevention and treatment of disease has a certain clinical significance.
