Study On The Correlation Law Of TCM Constitution In Patients With Granulomatous Lobular Mastitis

Objective:through the questionnaire survey of TCM Constitution in 315 cases of female patients with granulomatous lobular mastitis,granulomatous lobular mastitis that patients with physical distribution characteristics and the relation between the patients with granulomatous lobular mastitis incidence,body weight,duration of disease and TCM Constitution,influence analysis of common causes of constitution in traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese Medicine to explore new ideas for prevention and treatment of female granulomatous lobular mastitis.Methods:according to the China Association of Chinese medicine in April 2009 the implementation of the "Chinese constitution classification and determination of" constitution of granulomatous lobular mastitis in 315 cases of female patients with symptoms,classification,analysis of the relationship between the two.Results:Of the 315 cases,there were 58 cases of mild and moderate cases,accounting for about 18.4%,with a single biased constitution in all the cases,accounting for 28.9%of the cases,and a total of 166 cases with complex constitution,accounting for about52.7%.According to the constitution of the former 10 frequency are flat and quality18.4%,Yang deficiency and phlegm dampness 14.9%,qi stagnation of damp heat accounted for 9.84%,accounted for 8.57% of Yang Qi,qi stagnation,phlegm dampness accounted for 7.93%,accounting for 6.67%,4.44% Yin deficiency and damp heat,phlegm damp stagnation 3.80%,Yang deficiency 3.80%,phlegm heat wet accounted for 2.85%.Conclusion:In a single type of constitution,in addition to the level and quality,qi stagnation and phlegm dampness were the main types of constitution of the population.In the complex constitution type,the main types of constitution were Yang deficiency,phlegm dampness and damp heat.There was no difference in the distribution of TCM constitution between different body mass index and duration of disease.In the course of clinical diagnosis and treatment,the combination of syndrome differentiation andsyndrome differentiation should be combined to improve the cure rate and reduce the incidence and recurrence rate of GLM.
