Clinical Observation Of Abnormal Pain Relieving Treatment Of Endometriosis Dysmenorrhea With Acupuncture

Objective:To observe the clinical the rapeutic effects of acupuncturecombined with different pain relieving treatment of Endometriosis Dysmenorrhea,the treatment of Endometriosis Dysmenorrhea mechanism.Methods:Collectes from 2012 years 01 months-2013 years 06 months my courtyard department of gynaecology outpatient treament of 70 cases of EMS patients with dysmenorrhea,which incorporated treatment and statistical analysis of 60 cases of patients,because they can not adhere to treatment,10 cases of invalid.The 60 patients were randomly divided into acupuncture needling group and two in the control group,patients in the control group in a week before menstruation to oral YiTongshu,6g each time,three times a day,the acupuncture group in addition to oral YiTongshu outside start acupuncturing on a week before menstruation Zusnli,Sanyinjiao,Zigong,Ciliao,Qihai,Guanyuan,Zongji,for 7 consecutive days.Threemenstrual cycles for a course of treatment.On the basis of reference“evaluation standard,guiding principle of clinical research on new drugs in patients with dysmenorrhea,menstrual clean first day of each month for a score.Analysis by SPSS 17.0 statistical sofeware,the differences of curative effect of acupuncture in the treatment of endometriosis dysmenorrhea and changes of EmAb?CA125 before and after treatment.Results:1.Compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups,the control group the total effective rate was 80%,the acupuncture group.The total effective rate was 90%.Acupuncture group,the total efficiency was better than the control group,the system accounting treatment,there were significant differences(P<0.05).The same can be oral pain Shu inthe treatment of endometriosis,dysmenorrhea,but acupuncture plus oralabnormal pain relieving treatment better Endometriosis Dysmenorrhea effect Change.2.Two groups of patients the degree of dysmenorrhea,dysmenorrheapatients in the two groups was higher than obviously before treatment.3.Patients in the two groups before and afher treatment,clinical symptoms integral comparison,two groups of patients Clinical symptom score improved significantly compared with before treatment.4.Two groups of patients had no adverse reaction,the oral YiTongShu and acupoint who can be widely used in clinical practice.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture with different pain Shu can significantlyimprove the degree of dysmenorrhea Endometriosis Dysmenorrhea and clinical symptoms of the patients.2.Acupuncture with different pain Shu can significantly reduce thepositive rate of serum EmAb in patients with uterine endometriosisdysmenorrhea.3.Acupuncture with different pain relieving Endometriosis Dysmenorrhea can significantly decrease the serum CA125 level in patientswith.4.Acupuncture with different pain Shu acupuncture has obvious therapeutic effect on patients with endomtriosis dysmenorrhea.
