Traditional Chinese Medicine And Acupuncture Of Spot Effect Analysis For The Hanningxueyu Dysmenorrhea Of EMS

Objective:Clinical study on the treatment of dysmenorrhea of the cold blood coagulation and blood stasis type of Endometriosis with SFZY and acupuncture, Observation of the clinical efficacy of the two, to explore the methods of the cold blood coagulation and blood stasis type of Endometriosis Dysmenorrhea treatment more effective, safer, and both specimens.Method:This topic selected our hospital gynecology clinic of the cold blood coagulation and blood stasis type of Endometriosis Dysmenorrhea patients 68 cases of age 25-45 years old. Randomly divided into SFZY group and acupuncture group,each of 34 cases. There was no significant difference in the degree of dysmenorrhea between the groups before and after treatment.SFZY group and acupuncture group, the improvement of the degree of dysmenorrhea clinical symptoms and the level of CA125 in statistics all the measurement data with t-test calculated count data using square test grade data card with radit analysis by SPSS 21.0 were observed.Result:Both SFZY group and acupuncture group were obviously improved and total effective rate were 96.9%,93.9% treatment in the two groups after dysmenorrhea integral treatment significantly decreased but the two groups no significant difference (P>0.05). Two groups of patients with clinical symptoms and signs score after treatment were significantly improved, and the SFZY group was better than the acupuncture group, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05).The level of CA125 in the two groups after treatment than before treatment can be significantly reduced, and the SFZY group is better than the acupuncture group, the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion:SFZY group and acupuncture group can be treated with the cold blood coagulation and blood stasis of EMS dysmenorrhea. SFZY group can more effectively improve clinical symptoms, reduce the level of CA125.
