| Objective:This study use Saobailing(???)to the treatment of vitiligo.The clinical efficacy,quality of life and adverse reactions were observed and IL-17 in peripheral blood for laboratory testing,collecting data were compared and analyzed to explore the efficacy of Saobailing and it's effect of IL-17 in peripheral blood.Methods:80 vitiligo patients were selected in line with the spleen&kidney yang-deficiency type of clinical diagnosisand randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine Sao Bailing,while the control group was treated with vitiligo pill.The two groups were observed for six months.The general condition,lesion area,adverse reactions,and quality of life questionnaire of patients were record,and two groups of patients and 30 cases in our hospital health examination were detected peripheral blood IL-17 levels by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,the results were analyzed.Results:?After treatment the clinical symptoms were improved in both groups,the total efficiency of the treatment group was 82.50%(33/40),while the control group was 60.00%(24/40),two sets of data difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),treatment group total efficiency was higher than that of the control group.?After treatment DLQI scores were decreased compared with the before treatment(P<0.01),that significantly improved the quality of life;after treatment,the treatment group DLQI score(9.00±4.02)was significantly lower than that of control group(12.13±6.71)and DLQI scores between the two groups was statistically significant difference(P<0.05),described the Life quality of the treatment group improved more significantly.?Laboratory tests in healthy peripheral blood IL-17 data has no significant change,After treatment,peripheral blood IL-17 data was decreased compared with the before treatment,and the treatment group(13.20±3.81)pg/ml,significantly lower than the control group(16.48±3.54)pg/ml,There was a significant difference(P<0.01)between the two sets of laboratory data,the data show that treatment group of peripheral blood levels of IL-17 is closer to the healthy.Conclusion:1.Saobailing(???)in the treatment of advanced vitiligo(spleen&kidney yang-deficiency type)reducing skin lesion area is obvious,and lowered DLQI score to improve the quality of life of the patients.2.Saobailing in the treatment of advanced vitiligo(spleen&kidney yang-deficiency type)is a safe and effective prescription.3.Saobailing treatment may help patients in regulating immune function and the peripheral blood IL-17 level is tended to be normal. |
