| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Haohu needle acupuncture in patients with stable qi and blood loss and vitiligo, and to conduct a preliminary study on its mechanism of action,to put green,no side effects, more safe and effective traditional Chinese medicine treatment methods within a certain range Applied in the treatment of vitiligo, and further promote the traditional treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods:Collect patients with stable qi and blood loss and vitiligo from the outpatient department of the Department of Dermatology and Venereology of the Oriental Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to January 2020,fill out the case form, and count the general data of the patients(gender, age, time of first diagnosis))The incidence(course, period, onset location, area and score)was observed using self-controlled research methods, two target skin lesions were selected, and a treatment group and a control group were established;all patients in the group were orally taking Bailing tablets to observe Fire needle acupuncture has a clinical effect on patients with qi-blood loss and vitiligo in the stable period, and is compared with the topical Western medicine treatment in terms of skin lesion area, score, side effects and so on.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture, and the control group was given 0.1%tacrolimus and halomethasone. The treatment period was 12 weeks. The area of the two target skin lesions selected by the included patients was measured before and after treatment, and the target skin lesions were scored by VASI at 0,2,4,6,8,10,and 12 weeks of treatment.Adverse events were strictly recorded, and shedding,Eliminate the assessment, count the relevant data such as age, gender, skin lesion location, area, score and perform relevant analysis. Results:This study included 32 subjects,12 male patients and 20 female patients. The patients were between 23-71 years old, with an average age of 46.9 years, and the course of disease ranged from 13 months to 6 years, with an average course of about 34.6 months..64 target skin lesions were selected,32 in the treatment group and 32 in the control group. After 12 weeks of interventional treatment, both groups had significant effects. The total effective rate in the treatment group was 84%,and the recovery rate was 19%.Was 25%,the effective rate was 41%,the total effective rate of the control group was 63%,the recovery rate was 3%,the apparent efficiency was 13%,the effective rate was 47%,the difference was statistically significant(p<0,05);two There was no statistically significant difference in target skin lesion area and score between the two groups(all p values>0,05).The difference between target skin lesion area and score difference between the two groups was 2.64±2.71 cm2 in the treatment group,The difference in scores is 2.68± 3.26,the difference in area of the control group is 2.64 ± 2.71cm2,and the difference in scores is 3.17 ± 2.15,all of which are statistically significant(both p values<0.05);the comparison of target skin lesion area and score between the two groups Statistically significant(all p values<0.01);comparison of the onset time between the two groups, the treatment group 2.75 ± 1.32 weeks, the control group 7.69 ± 3.34 weeks, with statistical significance(p<0.05);Target skin lesion course and location are correlated, area difference and score difference are compared, the surface of less than 3 years of disease and more than 5 years of disease The product difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),and the curative effect comparison between the face, neck, limbs, hands and feet was statistically significant(all p values<0.05).During the whole observation period,2 cases fell off,and no cases were excluded. No adverse reaction report. Conclusions and significance:1.The clinical efficacy of the milli-fire needle in treating vitiligo is better than that of tacrolimus and halomethasone, and it can promote the recoloration of target skin lesions in patients with qi and blood loss and vitiligo in stable stage, and reduce the target skin lesions in patients with qi and blood loss and vitiligo Area and score.2.Fire acupuncture treatment of vitiligo is faster than tacrolimus and halomethasone.3.The effect of the milli-fire acupuncture on stable Qi and blood loss and vitiligo is related to the course and location of target skin lesions. To sum up,the treatment of vitiligo with milli-fire acupuncture has better clinical efficacy, which is superior to western medicine for external use,and provides clinical data support for the clinical application of milli-fired acupuncture to treat vitiligo. |
