Objective:By observing Liu Wei Di Huang Wan neurobehavioral Rats with Cerebral Palsy,Brain tissue pathological histology and brain monoamine neurotransmitters,and explore Liu Wei Di Huang Wan treatment of children with cerebral palsy mechanism of action,providing for clinical treatment of children with cerebral palsy draw on an experimental basis,and for the use of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of children with cerebral palsy to provide new ideas.method:Selected wistar rats to pregnant mice by intraperitoneal injection of LPS(Lipopolysaccharide,LPS),and was prepared in conjunction intrauterine infection-induced hypoxia caused by cerebral palsy in preterm animal models.Liu Wei Di Huang Wan as therapeutic agents for the treatment;environmental enrichment as a comparison to the treatment;the establishment of the corresponding blank and model control group.Exercise capacity neurological behavior,pathological brain tissue and brain monoamine neurotransmitters and acetylcholinesterase(AchE)detection.Result:1.Detection neuroethologySuspension Test time comparison results:control group>Rehabilitation exercise training group>treatment group>model group;ramp test time comparison result:the model group>Rehabilitation exercise training group>treatment group>control group.2.The morphological examination of brain tissue pathologyHE staining:in ordinary light microscope at 10 X 20 times,model control group showed cell size smaller,deformed nuclei narrow triangular or irregular shapes,blur the boundaries of the nucleus and cytoplasm.In the treatment group still visible a certain number of nerve cell degeneration,but significantly reduces the number compared with the model group.3.brain monoamine neurotransmitter content detectionIn the brain monoamine neurotransmitters norepinephrine(NE),dopamine(DA),5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)in the detection of the control group in brain tissue NE,DA,5-HT content compared with the model control set high.Brain tissue of treatment group single high monoamines content than the model group.Content detection in brain acetylcholinesterase(AchE)in the control group compared to the high levels of model group.AchE content of traditional Chinese medicine treatment group higher than other,both treatment group and rehabilitation exercise training group compared to treatment group increased more in each group.In conclusion:1.pregnant mice by intraperitoneal injection of hpopolysaccharide-induced intrauterine infection and cerebral palsy can be prepared by combining hypoxia model method.2.Liu Wei Di Huang Wan can improve muscle strength and balance rat model of cerebral palsy,in order to promote the rehabilitation of their motor function.3.Liu Wei Di Huang Wan can inhibit the rat brain model of cerebral nerve cell degeneration,promote nerve cell damage in the repair or regeneration of brain injury has a protective effect.4.Liu Wei Di Huang Wan can rat brain cerebral palsy model NE,DA,5-HT and AchE content increased.Description Adjustment brain neurotransmitter levels may be one of the mechanisms Liu Wei Di Huang Wan treatment of cerebral palsy.
