Zhuyuqingqiao Decoction To The Community And Blood Stasis Constitution Curative Effect Observation Of Patients With Hypertension

Objective By analyzing the correlation between blood stasis constitution and hypertension,and to explore the characteristics of patients with hypertension and blood stasis physique observed Zhuyuqingqiao decoction(Xuefuzhuyu decoction)the efficacy of blood stasis physique community patients with hypertension,the blood from stasis physical point of view,the use of Chinese medicine and health interventions in the treatment of hypertension provide clinical basis.Methods Patients were selected from January 2015 to February 2016 to Harbin xiangfang district community health service centers of peace in the constitution identification jurisdiction in hypertension management of community residents.Stasis constitution hypertensive patients to do physical identification in accordance with the order,will meet the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group(stasis orifices soup and calcium antagonists,ACEI,ARB.thiazide diuretics,B blockade antihypertensive medications,etc.)and control group(only using calcium channel blockers,ACEI,ARB,thiazide diuretics,?-blockers and other antihypertensive drugs),the two groups at the same time improving lifestyle behaviors including weight loss routine,low-fat low-salt diet,potassium and calcium,quit alcohol limit,increase publicity,education and supervision of the exercise.Each group of 55 cases,a total of 110 cases.Two are 60 days observation period,randomized controlled method,before and after treatment were compared the efficacy and safety,and to analyze and judge.Results1 The two groups before treatment the blood pressure level,blood stasis constitution identification score and blood coagulation index by comparison(P>0.05),there was no significant difference,comparable.2 Before and after treatment on two groups of curative effect were analyzed,the treatment group effective rate was 89.09%,the control effective rate of 70.91%,it is concluded that the treatment group than the control group high curative effect.3 In the two groups before and after treatment of blood pressure level comparison(? P<0.01),there is obvious difference,are statistically significant.Comparison between the two groups after treatment group(?<0.01),there were significant difference on blood pressure levels.4 Identification of two groups before and after treatment of blood stasis constitution score of relatively,the treatment group(?P<0.01),there is significant difference,statistically signify-cant;The control group(P>0.05),there was no significant difference.5 Two groups of blood coagulation index comparison,which the PT,FB treatment group(?P<0.05),there is significant difference;TT and APTT(P>0.05),no significant difference.Control group FB(?P<0.05),there is significant difference;PT,TT and APTT(P>0.05),there was no significant difference.6 Two groups of whole blood analysis,hepatic and renal function were not seen obvious abnormity.Conclusion1 Community blood stasis constitution patients with hypertension by Zhuyuqingqiao decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of foundation after,can significantly reduced systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels,make ideal blood pressure control;can improve the physical state;can significantly reduce the clinical symptoms of patients with hypertension and blood stasis constitution;to increase Prothrombin time and change the fiber protein content of fibrinogen,prevent the occurrence of complications of hypertension.2 Zhuyuqingqiao decoction on blood stasis constitution in hypertensive patients with adverse reactions during treatment were better security.
