Evaluation Of The Effect Of "Wang Qi Blood Stasis Adjusting Body Recipe" On The Intervention Of Blood Stasis Physique

Objective: 1.The evaluation items of the intervention effect of blood stasis constitution were optimized by Delphi method,which provided the basis for the construction of the evaluation table of the effect of blood stasis physique intervention.2.To evaluate the correction effect of Wang Qi Blood Stasis Constitution Regulating Prescription on blood stasis constitution and the improvement degree of clinical manifestation of blood stasis constitution,and to compare the difference of hemorheology and plasma fibrin content of blood stasis physique subjects before and after taking medicine.3.To explore the effective course of treatment of Wang Qi Blood Stasis Constitution Regulating Prescription,whether there are adverse reactions to the blood stasis physique population.Methods: 1.Select the evaluation items of the effect of blood stasis physique intervention,establish the candidate item pool for evaluating the effect of blood stasis physique intervention,draw up the evaluation form of the effect of blood stasis physique intervention,and then use the Delphi method to carry on two rounds of expert consultation.Determine the item composition and weight of the evaluation form of the effect of blood stasis physique intervention.2.According to the voluntary principle,60 subjects with blood stasis constitution were divided into test group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases)according to the criteria of "classification and determination of traditional Chinese medicine constitution" by case-control study.The patients in test group were treated with blood stasis constitution regulating prescription and lifestyle intervention.The control group was guided by lifestyle intervention for 3 months,followed-up for 2 months,before intervention,1 month,2 months,3 months after intervention to observe the clinical symptoms of blood stasis score and the rate of score reduction.After 3 months intervention,the patients were followed up for 2 months,1 month after intervention,2 months and 3 months after intervention,respectively.Results: 1.The expert discipline is representative,the response enthusiasm is high,the authority degree is good,the coordination is consistent,the Delphi method is introduced into the blood stasis physique intervention effect appraisal research method,constructs the blood stasis physique intervention effect appraisal table.Have certain reliability and accuracy.2.The completion rate of the test is good,and the baseline of the study is consistent.After intervention,the transformation score of blood stasis constitution in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05),the total score of the clinical manifestation of the blood stasis constitution was lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05),and the total score reduction rate of the total integral was 19.88%,which was higher than that of the control group.There was significant difference between the experimental group and the control group at different time points(0 month,1 month,2 month,3 month)at different time points(0 month,1 month,2 month,3 month)(P < 0.05),after the intervention of blood stasis constitution regulating prescription and life style,there was a significant difference in the scores of clinical manifestations between the two groups(P < 0.05).The improvement degree of different clinical manifestations was different.Conclusions: 1.The evaluation table of the effect of blood stasis physique intervention constructed by Delphi method showed that after the intervention of " Wang Qi blood stasis constitution regulating prescription " for three months,the clinical symptom scores of the two groups of blood stasis physique subjects were lower than those before intervention.The total score of clinical manifestations in the experimental group was significantly decreased during intervention.2.“Wang Qi blood stasis constitution regulating prescription”with lifestyle guidance and lifestyle guidance can improve the blood stasis physique population in varying degrees.The intervention effect of the experimental group is remarkable,while that of the control group is effective.3.“Wang Qi blood stasis constitution regulating prescription” can correct the indexes of whole blood viscosity 1 ≤ 200,erythrocyte sedimentation rate(erythrocyte sedimentation rate)and plasma fibrinogen in the experimental group after intervention.
