Influence Of YiFei-PingChuan Tang On IL-4 And IL-5 Of Patients With FeiPi-liangXu Of Bronchial Asthma In Clinical Remission Stage

Objective To explore the clinical effect and influence on serum IL-4 and IL-5 of YiFei-PingChuan Tang in the treatment of patients with FeiPi-IiangXu of bronchial asthma in clinical remission stage.Methods Seventy cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group,35 cases in each group.The observation group was treated by conventional therapy,the control group was treated by conventional therapy and YiFei-PingChuan Tang.The pulmonary function,serum IL-4,IL-5 and the number of episodes in flow-up period were observed and analyzed comparativelyResults After treatment,FVC,FEV1,PEF and serum IL-4,IL-5 increased,with significant difference(P<0.05)and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The number of episodes in flow-up period of the observation group was less than the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion treated by conventional therapy and YIFEI-PINGCHUAN TANG can improve the pulmonary function and restrain allergy,with good long-term effect.
