Preliminary Investigation Of TCM Syndromes In ACOS And Effect Of Yanghe Pingchuan Granule On Patients Of ACOS In Non Remission

Objective Preliminary observation on ACOS TCM syndromes distribution characteristics; and using of Yanghe Pingchuan Granules treat ACOS non remission patients to observe its clinical efficacy and effect on serum inflammatory factors IL-4, IFN-??IL-8 and IL-10.Methods1Using the cross-sectional survey method,filling in the ACOS TCM syndrome observation table,and preliminary clinical observation the distribution characteristics of TCM Syndromes of ACOS.2 40 cases of ACOS were collected and randomly assigned to the treatment group and the control group,20 cases in each group.The control group were using conventional western medicine treatment, the treatment group was based on the control group, and plus Yanghe Pingchuan Granules.Observation two groups patients before and after treatment of TCM syndrome points, pulmonary function index(FEV1, FVC, FEV1/FVC and FEV1% predicted), serum inflammatory factors(IL-4, IFN-?, IL-8 and IL-10) and quality of life score changes.Results1 Preliminary observation on TCM syndromes of ACOS ACOS incidence is male majority, smoking history is longer, the major predisposing factors is climate changes, the classification of pulmonary function in the severe or more are accounted for 82.5%. The frequency of cough, sputum, chest tightness are accounted for most which is the main symptoms of the disease. The syndrome type of TCM is heat syndrome mostly, the heat clip phlegm syndrome is the most, than followed by heat clip blood stasis,the third is pathogenic cold clip deficiency. 2 The influence of Yanghe Pingchuan Granule to ACOS non remission patient's TCM syndromes There was no significant difference of TCM syndromes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, the TCM syndrome score of the two groups was significantly increased than before treatment(P<0.01).Compared with the control group after treatment, the treatment group after treatment, the difference of TCM syndrome score was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the treatment group, the curative effect of TCM syndrome(85%) was higher than that of control group(60%), and the difference was significant(P<0.05).3 The influence of Yanghe Pingchuan Granule to ACOS non remission patient's pulmonary function There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment in FEV1,FVC,FEV1% and FEV1/FVC(P>0.05).Compared with before treatment,the two groups after treatment, FEV1, FVC, FEV1%, FEV1/FVC were higher(P<0.01 or P<0.05).The treatment group after treatment, FEV1, FVC, FEV1% and FEV1/FVC have significant difference compared with the control group after treatment(P<0.05).4 The influence of Yanghe Pingchuan Granule to ACOS non remission patient's serum index level There was no significant difference in the level of serum IL-4, IFN-?, IL-8 and IL-10 between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The two groups after treatment,the serum levels of IL-4 and IL-8 were decreased than before treatment(P<0.01 or P<0.05),and the serum levels of IL-10 and IFN-? were higher than before treatment(P<0.01 or P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of serum IL-4, IFN-?, IL-8 and IL-10 in treatment group were significantly different from the control group(P<0.05).5 The influence of Yanghe Pingchuan Granule treat ACOS non remission patient's CAT score There was no significant difference in CAT score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, the CAT score in the two groups were lower thanthose before treatment(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in CAT score after treatment in the treatment group compared with the control group(P>0.05), but the treatment group decreased more significantly.Conclusion1 In 40 cases of ACOS patients, syndrome type of TCM is heat syndrome mostly,deficiency, blood stasis, phlegm is an important part of the syndrome types.2 Yanghe Pingchuan Granules on the basis of western medicine treatment can improve ACOS non remission patients TCM symptom score, quality of life score and improve the pulmonary function of the patients.3 Yanghe Pingchuan Granules on the basis of western medicine treatment can decrease ACOS non remission patients serum inflammatory factors IL-4, IL-8, and increase the level of IFN-??IL-10.
