| Objective:To observe and evaluate the clinical security and validity of Qidong Yifei soup in treating (which belongs to qi-yin-liang-yu type in TCM) and explore the mechanism of it. Methods:60 patients were divided into two groups at random.30 patients in observation group were treated with Qidong Yifei soup.30 patients in control group were treated with Aminophylline tablets. The related items were measured before and after the treatment. Results:The clinical study showed that there was a significant difference (P<0.05) between the two groups. The effect of moderaing the clinical symptoms and lung function were improved more significantly in the treatment group than that in the control group.Conclusions:Qidong Yifei soup is an effective medicament of treating remission stage of bronchial asthma, which can promote the patients'recovery, defer the progress of disease and reduce the pulmonary damages. |
