Objective:Through self-made questionnaires, the author analyzed the influencing factors of primary dysmenorrhea of female undergraduates and found out the main influencing factors, which prompted the primary dysmenorrhea group to recognize their influence on dysmenorrhea, and provided self-control and school health education and further intervention for the population.Treatment basis;and through rigorous experimental design,follow-up,data collection and analysis to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of“low-level laser”treatment for primary dysmenorrhea. Methods:Taking the primary dysmenorrhea of a college in Shanxi Province as the research object, the participants were recruited through on-site recruitment, and self-made questionnaires were used to examine the influencing factors of dysmenorrhea in primary dysmenorrhea patients. In the second stage, the random number method was used for grouping. The randomized controlled blind test was used. The experimental group used the"low level laser technology"therapeutic apparatus. The control group used the actual non-response effect instrument that was treated and no difference with the test group..Visual analogue scale(VAS)score and COX dysmenorrheal symptom scale(CMSS)score were used as evaluation indicators, and before treatment(t0 time point),treatment month(t1 time point),and two months(t2 time point)Data is collected after three months(t3 time point).Epidata3.1 was used to encode the database and data was entered.SPSS 20.0 was used for data analysis. The comparison of efficacy between groups was performed using repeated measures analysis of variance and independent t test. The efficacy of the group was compared using the paired t-test.The enumeration data was analyzed by chi-square test.Ordinal logistic regression analysis was used.Results:1.Efficacy and safety of treatmentBefore treatment(t0 time point),there was no significant difference in age,VAS score,COX severity and duration score between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).After treatment started,t1(after one month of treatment),t2(after two months of treatment),and t3(after three months of treatment)time points VAS scores(except t1 time point),COX severity, and duration of test and control groups The time scores were statistically different(P<0.05).The scores of the test groups at each time point were lower than those of the control group. After treatment, the VAS score,COX severity and duration scores in the experimental group and the control group were significantly different from baseline values(P<0.05).The scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the score in the experimental group decreased. The trend was more obvious than that of the control group, with a greater decrease than the control group. The total effective rate was 76.3%in the VAS test group and 50%in the control group. The effective rates in the two groups were different(?~2=7.146,P=0.009<0.05).The test group was higher than the control group. There were no reports of adverse reactions during the study.2.The screening results of influential factorsAmong the primary dysmenorrhea, breakfast eating patterns(OR=0.156 95%CI:0.031 to 0.745)and sometimes breakfast(OR=0.184 95%CI:0.036 to 0.937)were more positive than occasional or non-obese,personal emotions.Optimism(OR=0.090 95%CI:0.055~0.644)was lower than that of depressed individuals without anxiety(OR=0.087 95%CI:0.029~0.267).Compared with those with anxiety, the risk of increased dysmenorrhea was more Low;often eat spicy food(OR=22.08595%CI:4.540~24.434)and sometimes eat(OR=8.077 95%CI:1.879~34.744)compared to rarely or not eat, often eat raw food(OR=6.405 95%CI=1.458~23.556)Compared with occasional or non-occupied persons, those who rarely or not eat,and sometimes cold water wash(OR=3.127 95%CI=1.278 to 7.652)are prone to anger(OR=4.375 95%CI=1.045~18.320)Compared with those who are not easily angry, the risk of increasing the severity of dysmenorrhea is higher.Conclusion:(1)Low-level laser treatment can significantly improve the symptoms of dysmenorrhea and reduce the pain degree of dysmenorrhea. This method has strong safety and effectiveness in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.(2)In this study, dietary factors, lifestyle(cold water wash),emotional factors(irritability, anxiety)are highly related to the severity of primary dysmenorrhea.Eat breakfast, personal mood is positive and optimistic, and people without anxiety are severe dysmenorrhea. The risk of increasing the degree is low.People who eat spicy foods, eat cold foods, prone to anger, and wash in cold water have a higher risk of increased dysmenorrhea.
