| Objective:Observed after total knee joint arthroplasty,limb incisions in the skin temperature changes,from total artificial knee joint arthroplasty after normal skin temperature change rule,and the analysis of the effect of drainage tube for the patient.Methods:Collect our joint branch in October 2015 to October 2016 because of severe knee osteoarthritis line of unilateral total knee joint arthroplasty(TKA)in 120 patients(33male,female 87 cases),according to the drainage tube removal time is divided into 24 hours pulling and super 24 hours pulling group,using infrared thermometer monitoring the preoperative1,postoperative 1,3,5 days and 1,3,6 and 12 months after limb and the healthy side skin temperature,using Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)and the Knee Society Score(KSS)to assess the preoperative and postoperative pain in patients with knee joint function improvement.Results:All patients were followed up and each patient was followed up for 1 year.After TKA,the skin temperature on both sides of the knee increased,and the affected side increased significantly compared with the healthy side.On the first day after the operation,the skin temperature at the affected side reached the peak point.Thetemperature difference between the two sides was highest at 1 ° C and gradually decreased.The skin temperature on both sides was the same and returned to normal 12 months after surgery.The skin temperature and early VAS scores of the drainage tube within 24 hours were all lower than those in the 24-hour group(P<0.05).There was no difference between the two groups at 1 year after surgery(P>0.05).The KSS scores of the two groups showed no difference at 6 months and 12 months after operation(P>0.05).Conclusion:The skin temperature of knee joints of patients with TKA showed an increase-decrease-normal variation rule within 1 year after TKA.The withdrawal of drainage tubes within 24 hours is beneficial to the early rehabilitation exercise of the affected limbs. |
