The Study About The Relationships Between The Skin Temperature Of Knees And The Indexes Related To Recovery Measured After Total Knee Arthroplasty

Object : To explore the changes of local skin temperature and postoperative rehabilitation of knee joint after total knee arthroplasty in patients with knee osteoarthritis,and to analyze the correlation between them and to analyze the correlation between the knee skin and knee joint And to explore the significance of this method in the clinical work of the knee joint and to explore the value of the local skin temperature of the knee joint after the study of total knee arthroplasty.Method : In this study,94 menopausal women who underwent knee arthroplasty from September 2015 to February 2016 undergoing arthroscopic surgery at the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University undergoing total knee arthroplasty were treated with preoperative and postoperative And the physical and chemical indexes closely related to postoperative rehabilitation were monitored and their changes were studied.The correlation analysis was carried out by statistical method.The results showed that the local skin temperature of the knee joint after total knee arthroplasty was In the clinical application of the value.Results : According to the changes in the study of indicators of the line graph shows that after knee arthroplasty patients with knee joint skin temperature changes and other indicators of changes in the trend of the internal relationship.Statistical analysis showed that the change of local skin temperature was positively correlated with the white blood cell count and the degree of swelling of the limb in the patients.There was a significant negative correlation with the postoperative limb muscle strength.Conclusion : The trend of postoperative knee joint skin temperature difference can prompt the patient to postoperative inflammatory index,the degree of pain,limb muscle strength,limb knee movement and limb swelling degree of the trend.Especially in patients with peripheral blood leukocyte count,limb muscle strength and limb swelling degree and so has a good guiding significance.Therefore,the determination of local skin temperature of knee joint after total knee arthroplasty has a good clinical application and popularization value.
