Were recorded actual postoperative drainage (drainage minus visually recorded after each injection of saline solution containing the drug dose derived drainage); and former record both groups, postoperative Id, postoperative3d,7d after D-dimer values and the associated adverse situations that may arise after the comparison between the two groups, the control group were observed after TKA evaluate postoperative drainage efficacy and postoperative prophylaxis of deep vein embolization effect.ResultsTwo groups of patients before surgery gender, age difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Postoperative drainage group actually mean slightly higher, but aswith the control group were controlled within250ml, the effect is satisfactory, the differencewas not statistically significant (P>0.05). Antithrombotic use in Chinese medicine, throughcomparing D-dimer values in the observation group postoperative1d,3d and1d,7d afterpairwise comparison, D-dimer values decreased, the difference was statistically significance (P<0.05). Postoperative3d, the contrast between the7d, D-dimer value was not significantly different, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Observation group and control group after comparing postoperative1d,3d room after no statistically significant difference between groups (P>0.05), that the two groups were not significant treatment effect. As7d groups there were significant differences inpostoperative (P<0.05), which may be due to the formation of individual differences. In addition, adverse events, and by chi-square test, the number of cases of adverse reactions observed group and the control group were not significant, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).
