Research On Professor Zhou Caiyun's Experience In Treating Ankylosing Spondylitis Based On Data Mining

Objective:With the help of "Chinese Medicine Inheritance Supporting Platform(CMISP)" V2.5,using data mining method,explore the core drugs and compatibility characteristics of Professor Zhou Caiyun in the treatment of Ankylosing Spondylitis,and summarize the prescriptions and treatment experience of the prescriptions.Methods:One hundred and twenty seven cases of Ankylosing Spondylitis treated by Professor Zhou Caiyun in Xiyuan Hosipital from 2015 to 2018 were selected.With the help of CMISP V2.5,we establish a database while analyze the symptoms,syndromes,treatment,prescriptions,medications and other content of medical records using frequency statistics,association rules,cluster analysis and other data mining methods to sum up Professor Zhou Caiyun's academic experience in treating Ankylosing Spondylitis.Results:1 According to descriptive statistics,the symptoms of patients in this study mainl y include lumbago(80.3%),back stiffiiess(52%),morning stiffness(45.7%),neck stif fness(41.7%).Peripheral joint performance mainly included hip pain(28.3%),knee pa in(14.2%),shoulder pain(14.2%).Extra-articular manifestations mainly included insom nia(34.6%),poor appetite(11%),and sparse stool(9.4%)and so on.The highest freq uency of syndromes is the stagnation of Governor Meridian and tendons 109(85.8%),the other major syndromes are dampness-heat blocking collaterals 42(33.1%),infirmit y of kidney essence 38(29.9%),Wet-phlegm entanglement 34(26.8%),blood stasis bl ocking collaterals 25(19.7%),and phlegm-wet blocking collaterals 13(10.2%).The mai n treatment methods were relieving spasm and unobstruct Governor Meridian(85.8%),heat-cleaning and dampness-eliminating(33.1%),kidney-essence-nourishing(29.9%),da mpness-eliminating and stagnate-cleaning(26.8%),promoting blood circulation to remov e meridian obstruction(19.7%),and phlegm-cleaning and dampness-eliminating(102%),The 30 flavor medicines with higher frequency of use were Pueraria root,white p eony,Radix glycyrrhizae,Siegesbeckia orientalis,edible tulip,Coix seed,Weilingxian,Astra galus,centipede,Bixie,Radix Paeoniae Rubra,safflower,Cyathula Officinalis,Chinese star j asmine,Hedyotis diffusa,sargentg loryvine,Poria cocos,Chinses Angelica,Pyrola calliantha,Peach kernel,Honeysuckle,Eucommia ulmoides,Figwort,Sang Jisheng,Hematoxylin,rhizo me,uncaria,Fried Atractylodes macrocepha,Radix Rehmanniae,Salvia mil,Among them,H eat Clearing Medicines,Medicines that Expel Wind and Damp.Tonics,and Blood Invi gorating and Stasis Resolving Medicines account for a higher proportion.Their medici nal properties are mainly cold and warm,their taste is mainly sweet and bitter,the m ain drugs vest in the collaterals of liver,spleen and kidney.2 Based on the association rules,the prescription law analysis was carried out,and tw elve core drugs were obtained,namely,the root of kudzu vine,white peony root,licori ce root,valerian,sage mushroom,coix seed,clematis,scutellaria,medlar,medlar,red peony root,safflower.And 42 groups of high frequency drug pairs were obtained.The most commonly used drug pairs were the root of kudzu vine,white peony root;the root of kudzu vine,licorice root;white peony root,licorice root.Applying complex system e ntropy clustering method,10 core combinations were evolved,including sargentg loryvi ne,Jasminoides;Coix seed,Peach kernel,Jasminoides;edible tulip,centipede,Radix Paeoniae Rubra;Honeysuckle,Figwort,Chinese star jasmine;centipede,Cyathula Officinalis,Poria co cos;Peach kernel,Jasminoides,Hematoxylin;Figwort,Peach kernel,Fang Ji;Weilingxian,centi pede,Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Bixie,Poria cocos;Chinses Angelica,Honeysuckle,Figwort,Fang Ji;centipede,Cyathula Officinalis,Hematoxylin.Five new prescriptions were obtained,in cluding sargentg loryvine,Chinese star jasmine,Jasminoides,Peach kernel,and Hemato xylin;Coix seed,Peach kernel,Jasminoides,Figwort,Fangji;edible tulip,centipede,Radi x Paeoniae Rubra,Weilingxian,Bixie,Poria cocos;Honeysuckle,Figwort,Chinese star jasmin e,Chinses Angelica,Fangji;centipede,Cyathula Officinalis,Poria cocos,Hematoxylin.Conclusion:Ankylosing Spondylitis mainly influences the Governor Meridian and the muscles and bones,and is closely related to the liver and kidney.The key pathogenesis of this disease is"the stagnation of Governor Meridian and tendons,the in firmity of kidney essence" and the main clinical treatment of Professor Zhou Caiyun is relieving spasm and unobstruct Governor Meridian an d tonifying th e Liver and Kidney,while clearing damp and heat.In terms of prescription medication,Professor Zhou Caiyun emphasizes the combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation,eliminating pathogenic factors is the main,while tonifying is the auxiliary.and makes good use of compound the root of kudzu vine,white peony root and licorice root Decoction,add or subtract medicine according to the condition.
