Preliminary Study On The Druggability Of Patchouli Oil In Treating Vaginitis

Patchouli oil is the volatile oil extracted from the dry acrial part of Pogostemon.cablin(Blanco)Benth.through steam distillation.Patchouli oil is the main medicinal parts of patchouli.Patchouli alcohol and pogostone are the medical components of patchouli oil,Patchouli oil is the effective ingredients of the effective part of the effective Chinese medicine.The results show that Patchouli oil has broad-spectrum antibacterial effect,in which pogostone has a good anti-Candida Albicans effect.Through the preliminary study found that patchouli oil have a good therapeutic effect to mice and rabbits model of candidal vaginitis.Vaginitis as a common reproductive system of women infected with infectious diseases,are generally complex infection.Patchouli Oil has the potential to develop a therapeutic drug for vaginitis.In this paper,the contents off patchouli alcohol and pogostoneas the target component,from the process research,Study on quality control and pharmacological studies and other aspects of preliminary study on the potency of Psoriasis in the treatment of vaginitis.The pharmacological properties of the drug provide a preliminary evaluation.The primary research contents are as follow:(1)Adopted GC,the chromatographic process was established to detect the content of patchouli alcohol and pogostone in patchouli oil by internal standard method.Provide a detection method for study on extraction,purification process and the preparing technology extraction and evaluation of pharmacodynamics in vitro.(2)The self-designed volatile oil pilot-scale extraction equipmentwas used for to study the factors affecting the extraction of patchouli oil by orthogonal design with steam distillation and diffusion method.The best extraction process is to cut the medicine into 1cm,the condensate temperature is controlled at 35 ?,extraction 12 hours.The yield of Patchouli oil is 0.7%.Then,the purified Patchouli oil was purified by molecular distillation and purification.The best process is 65 ?,58-70 pa.he content of patchouli alcohol and pogostone in Patchouli Oil increased from 42.19% to 58.19%.(3)Comparison of the effect of patchouli oil on the anti-vaginitis pathogen before and after molecular distillation.The results showed that the anti-bacterial and Candida albicans activity of heavy patchouli oil was better than previous patchouli oil(MICs were 0.38~0.75mg/ml.),and light oil does not have activity(4)Preparation of patchouli inclusions with ?-cyclodextrin and preparation of patchouli oil inclusion complex by hot melt method.The results showed that the best inclusion process is use1ml:6g as the patchouli oil with ?-cyclodextrin ratio.and followed by grinding at 35 ° C for 1.5 hours.The best prescription of the suppositories is using 30: 90:1.8 as the patchouli oil inclusion compound,mixed with Fatty acid glycerol ester,polysorbate 80 ratio.Preparation of the resulting patchouli oil bolt,good stability,the smell was significantly inhibited,the indicators are in line with the relevant provisions of the Pharmacopoeia.
