Objectives:This topic through the analysis of MGD patients in general,TCM syndrome type and the psychological state of the law,aims to explore the psychological condition of them.The clinicians should pay attention to the influence of psychology and emotional factors in the diagnosis and treatment of MGD in the future,in order to improve the patient,s emotional symptoms,then improve the treatment effect of the patients.Methods:Selected cases from November 2015 to January 2017 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine eye clinic patients,study in strict accordance with the inclusion criteria.Design ? MGD clinical questionnaire ? and ? TCM syndromes questionnaire ?,the self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)andself rating Depression Scale(SDS)were used as a psychological evaluation index,questionnaire survey of patients,the occurrence of a statistical description of the general situation,the TCM syndrome and anxiety and depression.The SPSS19.0 was used to make statistical analysis.Results:1.256 cases of MGD patients:The prevalence to anxiety and depression and both coexisting was 34.94% and 33.2.% and 53.13% respectively.The average score of anxiety and depression was 45.22±10.14 points and 46.61±9.107 points respectively.The prevalence of anxiety and depression of MGD patients was higher than normal person.2.256 cases of MGD patients : Age,course of disease,occupation,the education degree,trritory,sleep quality,sleep time,pressure strength and the symptoms had correlation with anxiety/depression scores(P<0.05).The greater the age,the longer the course of disease,the higher the education level,the worse the sleep quality,the shorter the sleep time,the greater the pressure,and the higher the anxiety and depression score.3.256 cases of MGD patients:gender,he frequency of contact lens wear,the use of electronic products had no collection with anxiety/depression scores(P>0.05).4.The analysis of multi factor non conditional Logistic regression results showed that age,trritory,sleep time and pressure strength were the risk factors of MGD patients with anxiety and depression.5.In patients with anxiety and depression,the proportion of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome was the same as that of the other four syndromes,which were46.74% and 48.24%,respectively.The scores of anxiety/depression of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome were significantly higher than those of the other four types.Compared with the other four types of anxiety/depression scores,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.The most common TCM syndrome of 256 MGD patients with anxiety/ depression was liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome,suggesting that clinicians can starting from the liver and spleen point in the treatment process,take the method of“liver qi stagnation,spleen qi”,using the emotion intervention at the same time,which plays a role in the treatment of multiplier.Conclusions:1.MGD is closely related to anxiety and depression.2.The MGD patients,anxiety/depression scores had correlation with level of age,course of disease,occupation,the education degree,trritory,sleep quality,sleep time,pressure strength.3.Age,trritory,sleep time and pressure strength were the risk factors of MGD patients with anxiety and depression.4.The most common TCM syndrome of MGD patients with anxiety/depression was liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome,this syndrome get the highest score.
