Clinical Observation Of The Evaporative Dry Eye(Damp-Heat Endoretention Syndrome) Treating With Traditional Chinese And Western Medicine

Objective:Observe the clinical curative effect of Proprietary Chinese medicine hao qin hua shi kou fu ye combined 0.3% Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops for Evaporative dry eye(damp-heat endoretention syndrome),And to evaluate its effectiveness,Explore its action mechanism.Methods: Strictly in accordance with including and exclusion criteria.155 patients suffered by Evaporative dry eye(damp-heat endoretention syndrome)were enrolled and treated in the Eye clinic of affiliated hospital of Chengdu University of TCM From February 2016 to January 2017,a total of 310 eyes.According to the doctor order were randomly divided into experimental group 1,group 2 and control group.The experimental group 1 was treated with hao qin hua shi kou fu ye combined 0.3% Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops;The experimental group 2 was treated with hao qin hua shi kou fu ye;The control group was treated with the 0.3% Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.Clinical symptom scores were observed before and after treatment of Chinese and western medicine,Tear film break-up time,corneal fluorescein staining outcome indicators.Results:(1)Before treatment,the differences had no statistical significance in the Ordinary materials such as gender,age,course of the disease,Comparison of correlation index like Clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese and western medicine,Tear film break-up time,corneal fluorescein staining between three groups(P>0.05),the three groups have equilibrium comparability.(2)After the treatment,Clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese and western medicine were obviously alleviated,Tear film break-up time extended,Corneal fluorescein staining scores significantly decreased.Compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)The efficacy of TCM:The marked improvement rate of experimental group 1 is55.76%,9.6% for the group 2 and 29.41% for the control group after treatment.The effective rate of experimental group 1 is 38.46%,59.61% for the group 2 and 58.82% for the control group after treatment.The total effective rate of experimental group 1 is94.2%,69.23% for the group 2 and 88.23% for the control group after treatment.Three groups was pairwise comparison after the treatment,Compared with the control group,the difference between the experimental group 1 and the control group was statistically significant(P < 0.05);Compared with the experimental group 2,the difference between the experimental group 1 and the experimental group 2 was statistically significant(P <0.05);There was no significant difference between the experimental group 2 and the control group(P>0.05);the effect of experimental group 1 was better than control group,the control group was better than experimental group 2.(4)The efficacy of western medicine:The marked improvement rate of experimental group 1 is 53.84%,9.6% for the group 2 and 29.41% for the control group after treatment.The effective rate of experimental group 1 is 36.53%,57.69% for the group 2 and 54.9% for the control group after treatment.The total effective rate of experimental group 1 is 90.38%,67.3% for the group 2 and 84.61% for the control group after treatment.Three groups was pairwise comparison after the treatment,Compared with the control group,the difference between the experimental group 1 and the control group was statistically significant(P < 0.05);Compared with the experimental group 2,the difference between the experimental group 1 and the experimental group 2 was statistically significant(P < 0.05);There was no significant difference between the experimental group 2 and the control group(P>0.05);the effect of experimental group 1was better than control group and experimental group 2,control group was better than experimental group 2.Conclusion: The Proprietary Chinese medicine hao qin hua shi kou fu ye combined0.3% Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops for Evaporative dry eye(damp-heat endoretention syndrome)has the exact clinical curative effect,more effective than simple oral hao qin hua shi kou fu ye and simple using 0.3% sodium hyaluronate eye,can significantly improve the patient's eye discomfort and systemic clinical symptoms,has good clinicalapplication value,it can be used as an effective means and Popularization and application for the treatment of evaporative dry eye(damp-heat endoretention syndrome).
