ObjectTo explore the effect of Kangfuxin solution on the wound healing of mice,and to discuss the mechanism of accelerating healing that Kangfuxin solution function on pressure ulcer by measuring the expression level of related factors.Method88 experimental mice were randomly divided into model control group,positive control group,low-dose experimental group of Kangfuxin solution and high-dose experimental group of Kangfuxin solution.According to the mechanism of ischemia-reperfusion injury,the mice in the model group were treated with sterile saline,and the model control group was sprayed on the wound with normal saline.The positive control group was sprayed with 262.5IU / cm2 of Beifuji on the wound.,0.01 g / kg of of Kangfuxin solution were uniformly sprayed on the wound in the low dose group,and the high dose group was uniformly sprayed with 0.02 g / kg of of Kangfuxin solution.After change the dressing,the wound was covered with four layers of sterile gauze,regular dressing was carried out once a day.To explore the functions and mechanism of Kangfuxin solution,we observed its effect on the healing of the pressure ulcer in mice and the changes of histopathology and the effect of Kangfuxin solution on the expression of basic fibroblast growth factor,transforming growth factor and epidermal growth factor protein was studied by immunohistochemistry.Results1.In this study,,we found that the wound healing rate of Kangfuxin high dose group was higher than that of model control group after 14 days of dressing,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.After the animals were modeling successfully,we found that the baseline was comparable between all groups before the intervention.After 7 days and 14 days of dressing,the skin lesion score of Kangfuxin high dose group was lower than that of model control group,and there was a statistically significant difference(P <0.01).3.High dose group and low dose group of Kangfuxin solution had significant effect on the expression of b FGF protein in model control group(P<0.05).4.The high dose group of Kangfuxin solution had a significant effect on the expression of TGF-? protein in the model control group(P<0.05).The expression of TGF-? protein in low dose group of Kangfuxin solution was not statistically significant(P>0.05).5.The expression of EGF protein was significantly up-regulated in the high dose group(P<0.05),the difference of its expression of Kangfuxin low dose group was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion1.Kangfuxin solution may play a better role in the medium and late stages of the wound healing.the performance of granulation tissue growth is active,new blood vessels increased,necrotic tissue and inflammatory substances cleared faster,so many links to promote wound and ulcer repair.2.The mechanism of Kangfuxin solution may be mainly through the promotion of b FGF protein expression,it stimulate the secretion of growth factors and synthesis,thereby accelerating the repair of early pressure ulcer wound.The promotion of TGF-? and EGF protein expression by the higher dose of Kangfuxin solution may also have synergistic effect and auxiliary effect on the accelerated repair of early pressure ulcer wounds.
