The Curative Effect Observation Of Kangfuxin Solution Retention Enema On Treatment Of Hemorrhoid Postoperation Pain,Bleeding And Wound Healing

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Kangfuxin solution retention enema in postoperative hemorrhoid pain,bleeding and wound healing,and provide a basis for the clinical application of Kangfuxin solution retention enema for post-operative hemorrhoid treatment.Methods:60 patients who met the criteria for inclusion mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with SPSS22.0 statistical software.Each group contained 30 cases.The patients in both groups began to change dressing on the first day after operation.The treatment group was given Kangfuxin solution retention enema,and the control group was given ice saline retention enema.The course of treatment in both groups was 7 days.The scores of anal pain and the use of painkillers were observed and compared between the two groups on the 1^st,3^rd,5^thand 7^thh day after operation.The cumulative bleeding scores at the 1^stt to 7^thh and the 8^thh to 14^thh day after the operation,and the wound healing on the 18^th,23^rdd and 28^thh day after the operation were observed and compared between the two groups.The curative effect was evaluated and the data were analyzed and compared by SPSS22.0statistical software.Results:All of the 60 patients in this study completed the treatment.Statistical analysis showed that there was no significant difference in general data?sex,age,course of disease,internal hemorrhoids classification,stripping number?and pain scores on the first day after operation between the two groups?P>0.05?.The scores of anal pain and the use of painkillers were significantly different between the two groups on the third,fifth,and seventh postoperative days?P<0.05?,which indicated that the curative effect of the treatment group was better than the control group,and reduced the use of painkillers.There was a significant difference in the cumulative bleeding score between the two groups on the 1^st-7^thand 8^th-14^thh postoperative days?P<0.05?.The result showed that the hemostatic effect of the treatment group was better than the control group.There was a significant difference in wound healing between the two groups in the healing time?P<0.05?.The average healing time was 18.83±1.90 days in the treatment groups and 20.33±2.54 days in the control group.It shows that the treatment group is superior to the control group in promoting wound healing.There were no adverse reactions during the whole trial in both groups.Conclusion:Kangfuxin solution retention enema can effectively relieve postoperative pain of hemorrhoids,prevent and reduce bleeding,help wound repair,shorten healing time,and its curative effect is better than ice saline retention enema.
