Objective: Through the adoption of VAS visual analogue scale, methods of electric testing, isokinetic muscle strength testing method, observation method of improved practice tai chi chuan "flash back" lumbosacral multifidus muscle function in patients with chronic nonspecific low back pain, for the improvement of tai chi chuan "flash back" method in the application of chronic nonspecific low back pain disease to provide clinical basis. Methods: Will be included in the standard of 72 cases of patients with chronic nonspecific low back pain were randomly divided into tai chi group and exercise group. The tai chi group improved tai chi chuan "flash back" method for 30 minutes a day, three times a week, for 12 weeks of practice.Sports group adopt to high strength core strength training method for three times a week, for 12 weeks of practice.Respectively by the methods of VAS visual analogue scale,Germany Biovision methods of electric testing system, the German Iso Med2000(type),isokinetic muscle strength test system for before training, the two groups one month after the end of the training, training, training after 3 months of clinical curative effect, multifidus muscle function and assess the stability of the spine. Results: 1.The improved method of tai chi chuan "flash back" clinical efficacy in patients with chronic nonspecific low back pain Comparison: in the group by comparing VAS score, the tai chi group at the end of the training, training after 1 month and 3 months after the training, respectively, compared with before treatment,VAS scores were lower, the difference had statistical significance(p < 0.05),and prompt improvement of tai chi chuan "flash back" method can relieve patients' pain degree, and maintained after the end of the training effect.Comparison between groups: tai chi group respectively at the end of the training, training after 1 month and 3 months after the training and exercise group comparison,VAS score differences were not statistically significant(p > 0.05),and prompt improvement of tai chi chuan "flash back" method and medium to high strength core strength training effect in relief of pain.2.The improved method of tai chi chuan "flash back" in patients with chronic nonspecific low back pain how to crack the influence of lumbosacral multifidus muscle function Comparison: in the group of lumbosacral multifidus muscle FER values were compared, tai chi group at the end of the training, training after 1 month and 3 months after the training, respectively, compared with before training, lumbosacral multifidus muscle FER more values are lower, the difference had statistical significance(p < 0.05),and prompt improvement of tai chi chuan "flash back" method can improve the lumbosacral multifidus muscle function, and maintained after the end of the training effect.Comparison between groups: tai chi group respectively at the end of the training, training after 1 month and 3 months after the training and exercise group comparison, lumbosacral multifidus muscle FER more value than sports group is low,the difference had statistical significance(p < 0.05),that improved tai chi chuan "flash back" method in the improved muscle function shows the advantage.3.The improved method of tai chi chuan "flash back" impact on the stability of the spine 3.1 improvement of tai chi chuan "flash back" method for the trunk flexor peak torque ratio(30 ° / s)Group comparison: taiji group at the end of the training, training after 1 month and 3 months after the training, respectively, compared with before treatment, the trunk flexor peak torque ratio(30 ° / s)are reduced, the differences were statistically significant(p < 0.05),that improved method of tai chi chuan "flash back" can at 30 ° / s speed increase spinal stability, and maintained after the end of the training effect.Comparison between groups: tai chi group respectively at the end of the training, training after 1 month and 3 months after the training and exercise group comparison, there were no statistically significant difference(p > 0.05),and prompt improvement of tai chi chuan "flash back" method and medium to high strength core strength training at 30 ° / s speed increases the effect of the spinal stability.3.2 improvement of tai chi chuan "flash back" method for the trunk flexor peak torque ratio(60 ° / s)Group comparison: taiji group at the end of the training, training after 1 month and 3 months after the training, respectively, compared with before treatment, the trunk flexor peak torque ratio(60 ° / s)are reduced, the differences were statistically significant(p < 0.05),that improved method of tai chi chuan "flash back" can at 60 ° / s speed increase spinal stability, and maintained after the end of the training effect.Comparison between groups: tai chi group respectively at the end of the training, training after 1 month and 3 months after the training and exercise group comparison, there were no statistically significant difference(p > 0.05),and prompt improvement of tai chi chuan "flash back" method and medium to high strength core strength training at 60 ° / s speed to increase the effect of the spinal stability.Improvement of tai chi chuan "flash back" method can increase the spinal stability, and maintain the effect after the training, and to the core of the high strength training method in effect. Conclusion: 1 Improved tai chi chuan "flash back" method can effectively reduce the degree of pain in patients with chronic nonspecific low back pain.2 Improved tai chi chuan "flash back" method can effectively improve lumbosacral multifidus muscle function.3 Improvement of tai chi chuan "flash back" method to improve the stability of the spine on the improvement of the lumbosacral multifidus muscle function, may be improved method of tai chi chuan "flash back" one of the mechanisms for the treatment of low back pain.
