Comparative Study On The Advantages And Disadvantages Of X Guided Percutaneous Gastrostomy And Conventional Gastrostomy

Objective:The safety,feasibility,economy and superiority of X guided percutaneous gastrostomy in comparison with conventional gastrostomy.Methods:A retrospective study of 31 cases of gastric fistula made patients(X,light guided percutaneous gastrostomy in 23 cases,the traditional surgical gastrostomy Group 8 cases),compared two different fistula pattern from the indications,the time for the whole operation process of anesthesia,surgery for the first time after the tube feeding time,hospitalization time and postoperative complications,the total cost of operation,the difference.Results:23 cases of X guided percutaneous gastrostomy were used after lidocaine local anesthesia in interventional operation room by an independent doctor operation,8 cases of traditional surgical gastrostomy surgery in laminar flow operation room in anesthesiologists endotracheal intubation after general anesthesia by a surgeon in a device with the assistant and nurse the nurse completed.Two groups of patients with a total of 31 patients were successfully achieved after the tube feeding.By contrast,the difference between the two groups in the duration of operation,postoperative feeding time,length of stay,total cost of operation,and so on were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Anesthesia,intraoperative and postoperative complications and so on,compared with the traditional method of gastric fistula,X guided percutaneous gastrostomy was more advantageous.Conclusions:X guided percutaneous gastrostomy is a safe,effective,economical and feasible way of operation,compared with the traditional operation mode of gastric fistula made with anesthesia low,simple operation,short time,normal tube feeding started earlier,less intraoperative and postoperative complications,the advantages of the operation cost low,in the exclusion of surgery related taboo,should be the preferred method of gastrostomy,worthy of promotion.
