Objective: To explore the influencing factors of acute ischemic stroke with abnormal non-HDL-C and the distribution of TCM syndromes of the disease, and to provide some certain basis of syndrome differentiation identification for the treatment of the disease.Method: The study applies the method of epidemiological cross-sectional of randomly selected 174 cases of acute ischemic stroke patients with abnormal non-HDL-C from Affiliated Hospital Chengdu University of TCM and Sichuan province People's Hospital of inpatient into standard from September 2015 to December 2016.Collected clinical data respectively by Four Diagnostic Methods and past medical history, related accessory examination results and other information to explore the influencing factors of acute ischemic stroke with abnormal non-HDL-C and the distribution of TCM syndromes of acute ischemic stroke patients.Applied SPSS22.0 software to do the statistic on the collected data. Results: In the 174 cases of acute ischemic stroke patients with abnormal non-HDL-C,the range of non-HDL-C was 4.10-7.55mmol/L.In this study, the edge higher of non-HDL-C with 71 cases, and the higher of non-HDL-C with 103 cases. All into the group of patients with TCM syndrome were divided into five kinds: blockade of wind-phlegm-static blood with 73 cases, hyperactivity of wind-phlegm-fire with 33 cases,Qi deficiency and blood stasis with 31 cases, stirring wind due to Yin deficiency with 20 cases and phlegm-heat accumulation with 14 cases.Gender, hypertriglyceridemia, aortic sclerosis and drinking may influence TCM syndromes distribution in acute ischemic stroke patients with abnormal non-HDL-C(P<0.05).TCM syndromes of acute ischemic stroke patients with abnormal non-HDL-C were deficiency syndrome with the edge higher was more common(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.In acute ischemic stroke patients with non-HDL-C? 4.9mmol/L were mostly. And LAA with abnormal non-HDL-C is much more than PAD with abnormal non-HDL-C in acute ischemic stroke patients.2.TC?LDL-C?TG were the influencing factors of non-HDL-C distribution.3.The most common TCM syndrome of the acute ischemic stroke patients with abnormal non-HDL-C was blockade of wind-phlegm-static blood, and excess syndrome was more common than deficiency syndrome.Gender may have an effect on the TCM syndromes of the acute ischemic stroke patients with abnormal non-HDL-C,and the female patients are more common in the patients with deficiency syndrome.Diabetes may affect the distribution of TCM syndromes in the acute ischemic stroke patients with abnormal non-HDL-C,especially qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Hypertriglyceridemia may affect the distribution of TCM syndromes in the acute ischemic stroke patients with abnormal non-HDL-C,especially stirring wind due to Yin deficiency.Aortic atherosclerosis may affect the distribution of TCM syndromes in the acute ischemic stroke patients with abnormal non-HDL-C,especially blockade of wind-phlegm-static blood and hyperactivity of wind-phlegm-fire.The acute ischemic stroke patients with abnormal non-HDL-C with TCM syndromes for the stirring wind due to Yin deficiency have a history of drinking in patients with less than the other four TCM syndromes rare.4.TCM syndromes of acute ischemic stroke patients with abnormal non-HDL-C were deficiency syndrome with the edge higher was more common.
