[Purpose] This aim of the study is to explore the effect observation of the zheng xingyi exercise to proprioception and balanced ability after me niscus injuries.The researchful object of the pitients with meniscus injury is between the middle-aged and the old senile.Analysing the index change of proprioception and balance ability before and after the patients exercising zheng xingyi,which is to discuss the influence of proprioception and balance ability after the patients exercising zheng xingyi to find new?easy popularing and easy learning methods and theoretical support to treat the patient of the knee meniscus injury.It provides a new approach to keep bodyhealth for zheng xingyi.[Methods] The research choses the patients of the knee meniscus injury which comes from the department of rehabilitation of the orthopedics hos pital of Sichuan,whose age is between 36 and 71 years old.Dividing the pati ents which meets the standard into observation group(n=20)and the cont rol group(n=20).The observation group is taken with 6 weeks zheng xingyi exercise,electric acupuncture(The Acupuncture points xuehai,liangqiu,hedi ng,xiyan,dubi,yinlingquan,yanglingquan,zusanli),exercise therapy,and the control group is got electric acupuncture(The Acupuncture points xuehai,liangqiu,heding,xiyan,dubi,yinlingquan,yanglingquan,zusanli),exercise therapy.Take the test data of proprioception,balance ability and Lysholm scale of the two group before trained and get the test data of proprioception,balance and Lysholm scale after trained 2weeks,4weeks and 6weeks and Anal yse the data to get what we want.[Results](1)The test data of proprioception(Kinesthetic sense,Active position sense of 30°and 60°,Aassive position sense of 30°)and the bal ance ability of the observation group after 2weeks and 4weeks exercise comp ared with the test datas of control group has not significance(P>0.05).While,the data of the observation group comparing with the test data of control group hase significance(P<0.05)after 6weeks exercise.(2)The data of proprioception and the balance of the observation group after 2weeks exercise comparing with the test data of the observation group before exercise has no signifi cance((P>0.05)),while,the data of the observation group after 4weeks a nd 6weeks exercise comparing with the test datas of the observation group before trained has significance(P<0.05).(3)The data of proprioception and th e balance of the control group after 2weeks,4weeks and 6weeks exercise comparing with the data of the control group before trained has no significan ce((P>0.05)),while,the data of Lysholm score of the control group after 2weeks,4weeks and 6weeks exercise comparing with the data of the control group before trained has significance(P<0.05).[Conclusions] Zheng Xingyi exercise can effectively improve proprioce ption of the knee to the patients of meniscus injury and delay the degenerat ion of the knee,which also can alleviate the clinical symptoms of knee joint,improve the ability of daily living,and effectively improve the patients' ability of balance,reduce the risk of falls to reduce incidence of accidents.
