?Objective? To preliminarily discuss the TCM Syndrome distributions of polycystic ovary syndrome with hyperinsulinemia, this research provide some date reference for the treatment on this disease and its syndrome based on differentiation. At the same time,to explore the correlation between different TCM syndromes of this disease and biological diagnosic indicators, this research offer the basis for the dialectical objectifying of traditional Chinese medicine.?Method?92 patients, diagnosed with PCOS-HI and included in the standard research, were asked in the questionnaire survey. The corresponding database was establised, using Excel software and SPSS17.0 statistical software, and using the t test, the nonparametric test, the one-way ANOVA,and other statistical methods to analysis the data.?Result?1.The main TCM syndrome types in order are:kidney deficiency with phlegm block syndrome, accounting for 23.91%,kidney deficiency with blood stasis syndrome, accounting for 19.57%,spleen deficiency with phlegm obstruction syndrome, accounting for 17.39%,liver depression with blood stasis syndrome, accounting for 16.30%.2.Compaired with kidney deficiency with blood stasis group, and liver depression with blood stasis group,BMI in kidney deficiency with phlegm block group, and spleen deficiency with phlegm obstruction group are higher, and the differences were statistically significant?P<0.05?.Compaired with kidney deficiency with phlegm block group, spleen deficiency with phlegm obstruction group, and kidney deficiency with blood stasis group,PRL and T in liver depression with blood stasis group are higher, and the differences were statistically significant?P<0.05?.Compaired with kidney deficiency with blood stasis group, and liver depression with blood stasis group,HOMA-IR in kidney deficiency with phlegm block group, and spleen deficiency with phlegm obstruction group are higher, and the differences were statistically significant?P<0.05?.Compaired with kidney deficiency with blood stasis group,FINS in kidney deficiency with phlegm block group, and spleen deficiency with phlegm obstruction group are higher, and the differences were statistically significant?P<0.05?.1h INS and 2hINS in the patients of spleen deficiency with phlegm obstruction group are higher than in the patients of kidney deficiency with blood stasis group, and liver depression with blood stasis group, and the differences were statistically significant?P<0.05?.Compared with each other, the level of PRL?E2?T and 3h INS in different TCM syndrome type groups, there was no statistically significant difference?P>0.05?.3.Compared with obesity group,LH and LH/FSH in Non-obese group are higher, and the differences were statistically significant?P<0.05?.Compared with Non-obese group,FINS?1hINS?2hINS in obesity group are higher, and the differences were statistically significant?P<0.05?.Comparison of non-obese grope and obesity grope of PRL?E2?T?FSH and 3hINS,there was no statistically significant difference?P>0.05?.?Conclusion?1.The disease,s main syndrome types of TCM in order are kidney deficiency with phlegm block syndrome, kidney deficiency with blood stasis syndrome, spleen deficiency with phlegm obstruction syndrome, liver depression with blood stasis syndrome.2.Liver depression with blood stasis syndrome may closely related to the occurrence and development of hyperprolactinemia and hyperandrogenemia.3.Most patients of kidney deficiency with phlegm block syndrome, and spleen deficiency with phlegm obstruction syndrome are obesity. The level of serum insulin,in the patients of kidney deficiency with phlegm block syndrome, and spleen deficiency with phlegm obstruction syndrome, are higher than that of other syndromes.4.The level of serum testosterone in patients of spleen deficiency with phlegm obstruction syndrome is slightly lower than that of other syndromes.5.Obesity is a risk factor for hyperinsulinemia in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.
