Objective: To explore the relationship between hormone levels and sleep and mental state in patients with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, and to provide reference for life conditioning and health management of patients with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. Methods: A self-made questionnaire was used to investigate the patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)diagnosed in gynecology department of Sichuan Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from February 2016 to February 2017?Applying the Chinese version of the "Pittsburgh PSQI" refers to the quantity of sleep quality and Epworth Sleepiness Scale(Epworth)record sleep quality sleep time and subjective sleep(including bedtime, waking time, actual sleep time, sleep during the daytime, status). The average actual sleep time(excluding waking time)was recorded in the past month,Record the general situation of patients such as age, number, cultural level, menstrual situation, etc. Each of the subjects are need to take blood(FSH,LH,P,T,E2,FT,FINS,2h INS?3h INS)in the morning. The effective questionnaires were analyzed by SPSS 21.0software.fall to sleep time, actual sleep time, sleep quality and hormone and anxiety, depression scores were compared by one-way ANOVA(variance homogeneity)and rank sum test(variance)and spearman correlation respectively Results: 1.The T levels of PCOS patients with different fall to sleep time groups were significantly different(P < 0.05).There was no statistically significant correlation with other related indicators(P > 0.05).There was a weak positive correlation between fall to sleep time and T level(P < 0.05).The later fall to sleep time, the higher the level of testosterone.2.There was significant difference in E2 and FT levels in patients with PCOS during different sleep duration(P < 0.05).Sleep duration was positively correlated with E2 and FT(P < 0.05).The shorter the sleep duration, the lower the level of E2 and FT..3,There was a significant difference in E2 and FINS levels in different sleep quality of patients with PCOS(P < 0.05).There was a negative correlation between sleep quality(PSQI score)and E2(P < 0.05),which was positively correlated with FINS(P < 0.05).The worse the sleep quality, the higher the PSQI score, the lower the E2 level, and the higher the FINS level.Relevance.4.There was a negative correlation between anxiety score and E2 level in patients with PCOS(P < 0.05),but there was no correlation between depression and hormone(P > 0.05).Conclusion: 1.No correlation was found between fall to sleep time, sleep duration and sleep quality and levels of gonadotropin in patients with PCOS.2.There was a positive correlation between testosterone levels and fall to sleep time, but no correlation with other hormones. The later fall to sleep time, the higher the level of testosterone.3.Sleep duration was positively correlated with estrogen and free testosterone levels. The shorter the sleep duration, the lower the level of E2 and FT.4.There was a negative correlation between sleep quality and estrogen level, and was positively correlated with fasting insulin level. The worse the sleep quality, the higher the PSQI score, the lower the E2 level, and the higher the FINS level.Relevance.5.There was a negative correlation between anxiety score and estrogen level in patients with PCOS.The higher the anxiety score, the lower the E2 level.
