Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acute perianal eczema (Damp-heat Syndrome) treated by Jinxuan Zhike xunxisan,preliminary analysis its mechanism,and provide a definite curative effect, simple and safe therapeutic schedule for clinical.Methods:69patients who accord with the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups,namely treatment group (Jinxuan Zhike xunxisan group)35cases and control group (Kushen Decoction group)34cases, observe the changes of clinical symptoms of the two groups before and after treatment,compare the difference of clinical therapeutic effect between the two groups.Results:17cases were cured in the treatment group,12cases markedly effective,4cases effective, invalid0cases, the total efficiency of100%; in the control group15cases were cured, markedly effective12cases, effective4cases, invalid0cases, the total efficiency of100%. There was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment (P>0.05).In the treatment group,the total symptom score was9.18±2.018before treatment, and1.53±1.214after treatment, there was significant difference among the total symptom score before and after treatment (P <0.01); In the control group, the total symptom score was8.81±1.852before treatment, after treatment of1.60±1.235. It also had significant difference among the total symptom score before and after treatment (P<0.01).Conclusion:There was no significant difference in clinical efficacy between Jinxuan Zhike xunxisan group and Kushen Decoction group, but Jinxuan Zhike xunxisan has advantages of simple operation,safety, is worthy of clinical application.
