Clinical Observation Of Herbal Decoction Combined With Moxibustion Treatment Of Ovarian Cyst Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of herbal decoction combined with moxibustion for the treatment of ovarian cyst with qi stagnation and blood stasis type of the sum of three diameters(d)<21cm(maximum diameter<7cm)qi stagnation and blood stasis ovarian cyst,to explore the effectiveness of herbal decoction combined with moxibustion in reducing the three diameters of cyst and improving clinical symptoms,and to preliminarily explore its mechanism of action,so as to provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment of ovarian cyst.Methods:Observation and collection From April 2017 to December 2018,he was admitted to the gynaecological clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and 34 patients were diagnosed with qi stagnation and blood stasis type ovarian cysts.Treatment with herbal decoction combined with moxibustion therapy,10 days for a course of treatment,after 3 courses of treatment(menopausal discontinuation).The changes of the three diameters of ovarian cysts before and after treatment,the improvement of TCM symptoms and the clinical comprehensive effect were observed.Statistical software SPSS25.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results:Three patients fell off during the treatment and eventually met31 patients with standard cases.Among them,2 cases were cured,15 cases were markedly effective,11 cases were effective,and 3 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 90.32%.After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes decreased significantly,and the difference was significant before and after treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate of TCM symptoms was93.55%.The scores of the three-path sum of the cysts were significantly decreased after ultrasound treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of ultrasound observation was90.32%.Conclusion:1.After the combination of medicine and moxibustion,it can alleviate the TCM symptoms of patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis type ovarian cysts.2.The combination of medicine and moxibustion can reduce the sum of the three diameters of qi stagnation and blood stasis type ovarian cysts.3.The treatment of ovarian cysts with the combination of medicine and moxibustion is effective,convenient and easy to be accepted by patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
