| ObjectiveTo master the mosquito biodiversity and basic distribution in Zhongshan area and its main ports.To obtain the laws of the influence of climatic factors on the composition and density of mosquito species in Zhongshan area and its surrounding major ports.Preliminary investigation of mosquito breeding in different water bodies and Aedes mosquitoes.To understand the main arbovirus carried by different mosquito species in Trung Son and its surrounding major ports.It provides technical support and decision basis for controlling mosquito density in Zhongshan area,predicting and preventing the outbreak of mosquito-borne infectious diseases and new mosquito invasion.MethodsFive survey sites in Zhongshan area were selected,and each site was selected to set up a specific survey site.Mosquito samples were collected using the manual hour method from October 2016 to October 2017,and the collection time was 1 hour before and after sunset.The samples were stored in the cooler and sent back to the lab.After identification on ice,it was milled in RNA protection solution,then its RNA was extracted.Fluorescent PCR,RT-PCR and other methods were used to detect whether the samples carried Dengue virus,Chikungunya virus,JE virus,Zika virus and other viruses of Flavivirus.The collection time of larva and pupa was from May to October2017.The collection methods were scoop and egg collection.After being reared and feathered in laboratory,the species identification was carried out,and the data were recorded.Mosquito oviposition index is the proportion of positive ovimeters to the number of effective ovipositors.The larval density is the number of larvae in each effective ovipositor,and the unit is bar/pot.Results1.Among the 2,076 adult mosquitoes caught in the survey,1,032 were females and 1,043 males.All the mosquitoes were identified as belonging to 13 species belonging to 6 genera of 3 subfamilies.The dominant species in Zhongshan area was Aedes albopictus,followed by Culex quinquefasciatus.The East Region has the largest catch of mosquitoes,the smallest catch of mosquitoes is Zhongshan Port,torch development zone catches the most species of mosquitoes.2.Adult mosquitoes in the Zhongshan area and the port had annual activities and peaked in June.In July,the density dropped rapidly.In August,it rose back to the second peak,and mosquito numbers gradually decreased after October.3.The average density of adult mosquitoes collected in this survey was 8hours.The quantity variance of adult mosquitoes in different investigationpoints was statistically significant.The number of adult mosquitoes collected was only statistically significant in relation to temperature.4.There were 66 different water bodies in the vicinity of each survey site.The positive rate of larvae and pupa was 33.33 %.The positive rate of small water and container was slightly higher than that of medium and large water.Torch Development Zone had the highest positive rate and the lowest was East.In laboratory,454 adult mosquitoes were raised,Aedes albopictus dominated,and different species of larvae and pupa were investigated.5.The average mosquito oviposition index was 0.96,and the collected egg-collecting apparatus obtained 4,368 larva and pupae-hatted adult mosquitoes of all ages,including 8 Toxorhynchites amboinensis and 4,360 Aedes albopictus.The average larvae density of Aedes aegypti was19.73(canisters).The maximum mosquito oviposition index was 5 or 6months,which showed a decreasing trend.Larval density reached its highest level in August,after which it began to decline rapidly,with an overall peak curve.There was no correlation between mosquito oviposition index and larval density.6.A total of 2,036 adult mosquitoes were tested in 94 groups,and the tested mosquito samples were negative.Conclusion1.There were 13 species of mosquitoes belonging to 6 genera in 3 subfamilies in Zhongshan area and major ports.Among them,Mansonia Bonneae was anew record species in China.The dominant species of mosquito was Aedes albopictus,followed by Culex quinquefasciatus.2.The male to female ratio of adult mosquitoes was nearly 1:1,and the activity of adult mosquitoes showed a bimodal curve.The number of adult mosquitoes varied statistically from different place.The number of adult mosquitoes was only related to temperature.3.The highest positive rate of mosquito larvae and pupa in different water bodies was abandoned plastic bowl or water tank,suggesting good waste recovery and hygienic cleaning.4.The mosquito oviposition index was greater than 0.90 per month and per location.It suggested that the dangerous level of dengue fever in Zhongshan area is high,which indicated that the mosquito breeding area should be cleared and the mosquito control work should be carried out.5.No mosquito-borne viruses had been detected in the body of mosquito.The study should be continued. |
