The Preliminary Construction Of The Questionnaire For Nurses' Self-control Ability

Objective:Objective to develop an individualized assessment tool for nurses' self-control ability,explore the characteristics of nurses' self-control,and improve self-control theory in the study of nurses in this special group,so as to provide evidence for evaluating nurses' self-control ability.At the same time,in order to strengthen the training and improve nurses' self-control ability,it has important practical significance to help nurses acquire good work performance,examination results and interpersonal relationships,improve job competency and improve the quality of nursing work.Methods:1.The preliminary compilation of the questionnaire: through a large number of literature review for systematic collation,summed up the relevant theoretical studies of self-control to lay the foundation for the preparation of the subject;Through the semi-structured interview method and the open questionnaire method,we can understand the self-control status of nurses and the influencing factors to extract the relevant information,analyze the self-control structure of nurses,combine the characteristics of nurses' work,determine the dimensions of the prediction questionnaire.Collect and compile the items of the forecast questionnaire.2.Expert consultation: this study adopts the Delphi method,and consults the importance of the questionnaire dimensions and entries according to the Likert 5 level scoring method.The data inquiry results by calculating the variation coefficient,coordination coefficient,out ratio,standard deviation,expert coordination coefficient,positive coefficient,authority coefficient to reflect.3.Screening of questionnaire items: a small scale pre survey of nurses in a 3A hospital in Shanxi province was conducted by using the prediction questionnaire,and item selection was done by analyzing pre adjusted data.Finally,a formal questionnaire was formed.4.Reliability and validity analysis of the questionnaire: After three weeks interval,some nurses were evaluated again to test retest reliability of the test questionnaire.Then a formal questionnaire was released to test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.5.we selected six hospitals in Shanxi province to carry out a formal investigation.Combined with the characteristics of demographic sociology,we analyzed the collected data,in-depth analyzed the related influencing factors,and understood the characteristics of nurses' self-control.Results:1.Questionnaire reliability: reliability is used to evaluate the consistency or accuracy of the results obtained after the use of a research tool.The common calculation methods including Cronbach 's ? coefficient,split half reliability and test-retest reliability.In this study,through the analysis,The coefficient of Cronbach's ? was 0.937,the split half-reliability was 0.869,and the test-retest reliability was 0.930.The results indicated that the reliability of the questionnaire was good.2.Questionnaire validity:(1)content validity :Content validity refers to whether the items compiled by the questionnaire can reflect the characteristics of nurses' self-control.This study collects entries by means of literature reading,expert consultation and open questionnaire survey.30 experts from related fields were invited to evaluate the dimensions and entries of the questionnaire,and through two rounds of expert consultation,the questionnaire was revised and perfected,so that the content of the questionnaire was clearly and clearly expressed.(2)Structure validity:the structure validity,also called the theoretical validity,is used to test the degree ofcoincidence between the measurement content and the theoretical structure of the measurement.By calculating correlation,the correlation values between different dimensions of the study are between 0.311-0.399,and the correlation values between dimensions and total scores are between 0.381-0.765,indicating that the validity of the questionnaire is good.On the basis of pre-investigation,exploratory factor analysis was carried out.KMO value was 0.88% and Bartlett's globality test value was 26705.133,the degree of freedom value was 946(P < 0.05),which had statistical significance.A total of5 factors were extracted by factor analysis with eigenvalue greater than 1,and the cumulative contribution rate of variance was 85.865%.Using AMOS software,confirmatory factor analysis was conducted on the sample data of the official survey.The goodness of fit index is X2 / df= 1.899,NFI = 0.91,CFI 0.98,IFI = 0.93,NNFI = 0.91,RMR = 0.070,indicating that the fitting effect is better.The structural validity of the questionnaire is considered to be good.3.The analysis of demographic sociological characteristics showed that there were statistical differences in different personnel status,age,educational background,nursing age,professional title,department,marital status,hospital level in each dimension and total score,but there was no statistical difference in gender.Conclusion:1.After two rounds of expert consultation and statistical methods,the questionnaire of nurses' self-control ability with five dimensions and 43 items was formed.2.By statistical test,the questionnaire has good reliability and validity and can be used as a simple evaluation tool for nurses' self-control ability and for clinical use.
