The Correlation Between Plasma Atherosclerosis Index, Plasma Fibrinogen, D-dimer And The Degree Of Essential Hypertension

Objective:To explore the changes of plasma atherosclerotic index?AIP?,plasma fibrinogen?F-IB?and D-dimer in patients with essential hypertension?EH?at various levels and the correlation between these three indicators.To observe the predictive value of AIP,FIB,and D-dimer in the risk of atherosclerosis in hypertensive patients.Methods:From October 2016 to October 2017,The patients were suspected cardiovascular disease in the Department of Cardiology of the first hospital of Shanxi medical university.The patients were selected as the research object,then collect their general information.To measure plasma triglyceride?TG?,low density Lipoprotein cholesterol?HDL-C?,plasma fibrinogen?FIB?,and D-dimer.Then calculating AIP=log₁₀?TG/HDL-C?,43 healthy people as the control group.The plasma fibrinogen?FIB?was measured by turbidimetric method.The D-dimer was measured by ELISA and the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,and HDL-C were determined by enzymatic method.Results:1.Compared with non-hypertension group,the AIP,FIB and D-dimer levels of hypertension group were significantly increased?P<0.05?.2.Compared with non-hyperte-nsion group,the level of plasma FIB?P>0.05,P>0.05?,AIP significantly increased?P<0.05?.3.Compared with the first grade,the levels of AIP,level of FIB,level of D-?P<0.01,P<0.05,P<0.05?.Compared with the second grade,the levels of AIP,plasma FIB and D-dimer in grade 3 EH were significantly increased?P<0.01;P<0.05;P<0.05?.4.There was a correlation between AIP,plasma FIB,D-dimer and EH?r=0.553,0.448,0.463,P<0.01?.There was a good correlation between the three indicators?r=0.304,r=0.364,r=0.307,P<0.01?.5.The best predicted values of AIP,FIB and D-dimer for hypertension were 0.06?Se 77%,Sp 81%?,3.21 g/L?Se 58%,Sp 77%?,65.50 ng/ml?Se 76%,Sp63%?.Conclusion:AIP,plasma FIB and D-dimer were all correlated with the degree of hypertension.Combining mensuration of these three factors could better observe,assess and predict the risk of atherosclerosis in patients with essential hypertension?EH?.The overall situation of primary hypertension can be judged as soon as possible and the treatment effect can be evaluated.
