Electronic Bronchoscopy Interventional Treatment Of Tracheobronchial Tuberculosis Clinical Analysis

Objective:To investigate the efficacy and adverse reactions of the interventional treatment of tracheobronchial tuberculosis in the acute and chronic phase under electronic bronchoscopy.Methods:Retrospective analysis of 95 patients with tracheobronchial tuberculosis treated by electronic bronchoscopic intervention in the First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University,including 74 cases in the clinical acute phase and 30 cases in the clinical chronic phase(including 9 cases from the acute phase of treatment failure to the chronic phase)Therapeutic effect.Results:Ninety-five patients completed the treatment successfully.Seventy-four patients in the clinical acute stage were treated with frozen main intervention.The cure rate was6.8%,the effective rate was 76.7%,the total effective rate was 82.4%,the complication rate was 16.2%,and 30 cases were in the chronic phase.In patients with balloon-based interventional therapy,the effective rate was 6.7%,the effective rate was 80%,the total effective rate was 86.7%,and the complication rate was 30%.No severe complications occurred.Conclusion:The use of electronic bronchoscopic interventional treatment of tracheobronchial tuberculosis,has good efficacy and high safety.It can be extended for the adjuvant treatment of tracheobronchial tuberculosis systemic drug therapy.
