Objective:Analysis of 65 cases of bronchial nodules patients general characteristics, disease respiratory symptoms, imaging data and bronchial examination results,to understand the clinical characteristics of bronchial bronchial nodules in our hospital,so as to improve the understanding of bronchial nodules. Methods: Through retrospective investigation and research, the clinical data of patients with bronchial bronchial tuberculosis were examined and diagnosed in the first affiliated hospital of Xinjiang Medical University in China from January 2016 to November 2020 and the electron bronchoscopy was carried out at the endoscopy center.Results:.(1)65 cases,male:female=1:2.82;χ~2=1.51,P>0.05,The gender differences between the elderly group and the non-elderly group were not statistically significant.(2)The age of onset of 65 patients varies, with 20-30 years old and 60-80 years old more frequently.(3)The difference of half-year diagnosis rate between the two groups of patients was not statistically significant.(4)Coughing and coughing sputum were most common in the group(5)There is no specific imaging.(6)Type II and Type III bronchial nodules were most common in the study.(7)Comparison of the positive rates of the four inspection methods χ2=25.2,P(27)0.05;Comparison of the positive rates of sputum tuberculosis smears and bronchoscopy brushing tuberculosis smears χ2=9.783,P(27)0.05;brushing tuberculosis smears Comparison of the positive rates of smear and lavage DNA examination χ2=0.010,P(29)0.05;comparison of the positive rates of tuberculosis smear and pathological biopsy χ2=4.857,P(27)0.05.In Conclusion: 1.The composition ratio of women in the two groups of bronchial TB patients was significantly higher than that of men,but it was not statistically significant2.Tracheal bronchial nodules have two high incidence age groups, aged 20-30 and 60-80 years.3.In this study, patients with bronchial TB were most likely to see type II and TYPE III,and the difference in composition ratio was not statistically significant.4.Comparison of detection rates of the four inspection methods: sputum nodule bacteria smear bronchial mirror brush detection nodule bacteria smears-irrigation liquid nodule DNA pathological biopsy.
