Clinical Observation Of Effects Of Additional Tong Xie Yao Fang On Diarrhea-predominant Of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (D-IBS) Of Liver Stagnation And Spleen Deficiency Type Patient

ObjectiveThrough discussing clinical efficacy and safety of Additional Tong Xie Yao Fang in the treatment of diarrhea-predominant of irritable bowel syndrome(D-IBS)of Liver Stagnation and Spleen Deficiency Type Patient.provide a reference for clinical judgment of the D-IBS severity,prognosis and exploring new therapeutic approach.Method60 cases according with Liver Stagnation and Spleen Deficiency Type of D-IBS diagnostic criteria were divided into 2 groups by visiting order,30 patients in each group,then were set up as traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine treatment group,and to scored before and after the treatment of treatment groups according to symptom class and quantization standard and also observed the untoward effect.Results1.The total effective rate of the treatment of Chinese medicine treatment group for D-IBS of Liver Stagnation and Spleen Deficiency Type Patient amounted to 96.7%;The total effective rate of the treatment of western medicine group for D-IBS of Liver Stagnation and Spleen Deficiency Type Patient amounted to 70.0%.the difference has statistic significance(P<0.05).2.The comparison between before and after treatment with treatment groups shows the symptom score and symptom total score were significantly reduced,the difference has statisti significance(P<0.05).3.After treatment,the symptom score and symptom total score of Chinese medicine treatment group was lower than that of western medicine group,and the difference has statistic significance(P<0.05).ConclusionUsing Additional Tong Xie Yao Fang to cure D-IBS of Liver Stagnation and Spleen Deficiency Type Patient was proved to have reliable therapeutic effect and not have bad effect,the clinical efficacy is better than Pinaverium Bromide Tablets.
