According To The Blood Allergen Test Results,Observe The Clinical Efficacy Of Catgut Implantation At Acupoint Treatment Of BiQiu

Objective:By comparing the change of clinical symptoms,sings and accompany symptoms between two groups of patients with BIQIU whose blood allergen test results were negative and positive after treated by an acupoint catgut embedding therapy,and the different effect of acupoint catgut embedding therapy on two groups was further clarified.To provide an optimal clinical treatment for allergic rhinitis.Methods:60 patients were enrolled in this study,3 patients fell off,and57 patients completed the established experimental design,including the positive group?n=28?and the negative group?n=29?.Two groups were treated with acupoint catgut embedding therapy for 2 courses based on symptom differentiation,2weeks for a course,and patients were followed up for 1 months after the treatment.The results of nasal endoscopic examination in two groups were recorded,The scores of VAS?Including nasal congestion,nasal itching,sneezing,runny nose?,RQLQ?Including activities,sleep,non nasal/eye symptoms,practical problems,nasal symptoms,eye symptoms,emotional?and TNNSS?Including nasal flow from the throat,eye itching,conjunctival congestion,nasal or oral pain in the upper jaw,headache,ear itching,pharyngeal itching cough,decreased sense of smell.?of the two groups were recorded at the time of admission,after treatment for four weeks and after treatment for eight weeks,the data of which was collected and recorded,and the results were statistically analyzed.Results:The amount and concentration of inhalation was higher according to the analysis of allergen detection results on positive patients.The nasal secretions in the negative group were better than those in the positive group in the 4^thweek.In the positive group,the VAS?nasal obstruction?and TNNSS?decreased sense of smell?in the 4th week,and the improvement of the itching and pharyngeal itching cough was better than that of the negative group in the eighth week.The marked improvement rate of the positive group was better than that of the negative group.Conclusion:Analysis of the positive results of the blood allergen test showed that the number of inhaled allergens was higher than that of the eaten allergens,and allergen detection concentration was also higher.The effects of acupoint catgut embedding therapy for BIQIU were significant.The improvement of nasal obstruction and part accompany symtoms ofbiqiu in positive group was better compared with the negative group,while the improvement of nasal secretions in negative group was better than that of positive group.
